This food is so amazing! The seasoning is perfect and irresistible. Loved it and I highly recommend! Not to mention it's plated so nicely.

Came here for at noon, there was a big group before us and it took about 40 minutes to get the food. We got chicken and fries, brisket nachos and a quesadilla. The prices are really good and the food is amazing. The fries were probably my favorite part, then the chicken wings that were so juicy and flavourful, the brisket was really good and the quesadilla was really big and good. It's a couple tables and a TV inside. There menu is really big and I'll likely go back.

The food was delicious soul food in big portions! Definitely recommend if you're in the area! Great people and friendly service!

The place is conveniently located in Oak Cliff, close to Red Bird Mall. We dined in and thoroughly enjoyed our food. It was brought to our table fresh and hot!! My daughter, husband and I all were completely satisfied. It was all seasoned well and cooked throughly. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. If you dine in the tea and koolaid are free refills! We will definitely be back when we're in the area.

The food was Bussin!!! We wasnt even looking for this place! Found a Gem for sure tho!! Only place I'm eating when I I'm in Oak Cliff!!!

Owner Glen & Wife Catina earned this 5 Star. Our son has been coming for a couple of years & always raved & bragged about their Salmon. We both went with the Catfish & it did not disappoint. Hot, Fresh & Crispy. You know the Cook is serious when the sides are excellent. The Baked Beans were superb w lots of Flavor!! What a nice surprise to walk in and see each table Impeccably clean. I mean CLEAN!! Going back and bringing Friends. My turn to Brag.

People are nice, I ordered Turkey legCajun rice had them add broccoli and I ordered the Salmon w/shrimp, rice and broccoli. Turkey leg was extremely dry, Cajun rice was basic out of the box. I called ahead but I think they started cooking the rice when I got there to make sure the order was legit. Everything that I had was very salty so much that I had to throw it away. And I was on my way to work so no food for me. I checked my food before I left. Even took a bite. It was then I knew that I should have made a sandwich before I left home, but it was Sunday and I wanted a real meal.Spot was clean, dine in pretty basic. Not that it has to be extravagant. I probably won't go back.

The food is immaculate 10/10 must try again. Customer service is also excellent hoping for a franchise in the future.

This place is a hidden GEM!! FOOD was AMAZING!!!!! Service was great as well!!! Plenty of food for the price!!! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Just moved into the area. So I was excited to try so many privately owned restaurants. This won as first place to try and I was not disappointed! I got a Philly Cheesesteak and the friend Catfish and shrimp! The Philly was tasty, but the catfish hit the spot! It was fresh and crispy and the pieces were the perfect size. And the best part was the price! I'm excited to go back and try some of the staples like the stuffed turkey leg and the chopped beef sandwich or potato geez I don't even know!
