Frisco Hall

My only experience with Frisco Hall was at a luncheon for an organization. The valet pressured me to use valet when I told them I wanted to self park.The gathering area was too small for the number of attendees. Infirm folks had no place to sit for the half hour we waited to be let into the large hall. The food was terribly prepared. Two servers had to serve multiple tables, so service was very slow. After I contacted Roxy by phone asking that my life-threatening allergy be accommodated, it was not. At the event she told me I should have brought my own food--the first time in 47 years a food service business told me that. The facility itself was okay, but I would never attend any event at Frisco Hall again.

Frisco Hall is a fantastic place to hold an event. Both the management and the staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating, It has several different flexible spaces, and the location is convenient for most people in the area.

This was one of the best experiences we had a full conference here and it was so neat and clean and amazing !! Staff was profession and nice. Bathrooms were very cleaned and kept. Food and Chef was so good ! Couldn't recommend more. Awesome !

The best venue! Staff is incredible! Everyone there has the biggest hearts and they put so much love into their events. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would I do want to give a special shout out to Kijan. She is attentive, helpful, and very responsive. This venue is also extremely friendly and accommodating to our special needs community.

I am involved with multiple organizations who have had many different events at Frisco Hall. Let me just say, the staff and management rocks!!! Decor, setup and food is outstanding. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have a great cohesive team that works great with each individual event.
