Maybe the most perfect part for a birthday party. This park has everything and my kids absolutely fell in love with it, I even had some nostalgia just from big fun parks when I was a kid.

The splash pad at this location is clean and well maintained. Best part is there is shaded seating with picnic tables for parents.

This is a very popular spot for families to gather. The playground is impressive. They have two large areas separated by age groups. I love their wooden castle theme. My kids had so much fun running around, climbing and jumping. We came on a Saturday and it was fairly crowded with families doing some family pictures on the big green area, family gatherings and picnics and children just enjoying the great weather and playing on the playground. (So if you are concerned about social distancing, maybe avoid coming on a weekend and just wear a mask, like most patrons did here). Also you don't have to worry about losing your child as it is completely fenced and there is only ONE big entrance to the playground. I felt quite safe letting the older boys running around and explore on their own. A great park to visit and it is so close to some small strip mall and you can easily grab some food or run errands before/after your visit to the park.

Large playground for kids to run around in with only one entrance (easier to "contain" and keep track of your kids) and covered picnic tables inside the playground. Great for playdates! Open area with trail and pond down the hill behind the playground. Also has a community garden ...beautiful park with lots of open space.

We love coming here. A nice brisk walk around the lake, magnificent picnic location, space for little ones to run around. Frisco Commons Park is a must for our household. We father there with friends and family to spend quality time. Since it's attached to Hope Park and the Splash Pad, it can easily become a full day outing in itself! The grounds are well maintained and it's very easy to find a peaceful and quiet spot. My daughter was so excited to see the ducks and fishes roaming in the lake & my mother in law was fascinated by the lilypads. We will keep going to Frisco Commons Park for as long as we remain in the surrounding area.

During summer, in the evening, the Forrest, it's surprising to see fireflies. I love walking my dogs here in the morning. Careful, I have seen a coyote here. There great playground like Disneyland for kids under 10. The park sits on a hill with roughly a lap being 1.25 miles. We frequently run and see other runners. We love this place.

EXCELLENT FRISCO VETERANS MEMORIAL in the Frisco Commons Park. It is a place worth visiting. It is located just beyond the large, center pavilion. The Memorial includes the original 1948 Veterans Memorial urn, a veterans Walk of Honor, the Wall of Honor, a Battlefield Cross, the Gold Star Family Memorial Monument, WWII Flyboy statue and information plaques on wars and conflicts since Frisco was founded in 1902. An audio guide is now available discussing the Memorial's history, the meaning of the various elements at the Memorial, veteran comments, facts and interesting stories. You will most likely leave the Memorial knowing it is a living tribute to veterans, and not simply a part of a nice park in Frisco.

This park is amazing! Bigger than it seems and very clean looking. There is a HUGE playground, so if you have kids, they'd love it here. There are security cameras around the park as well. Don't forget the machine with an aed if needed. There is a beautiful veterans memorial as well. The park has a small tennis court. The trail in the back is nice and loops around.
