Fort Redemption is a simple menu that focuses on doing the basics well. This place is new only opening 4 months ago. We decided to try it for lunch and we were not disappointed. Our waitress was very polite and knew the menu well. I tried the Breakfast Burger and the regular burger. Both burgers were seasoned perfectly and both were incredibly juicy. The potatoes au gratin were creamy and very tasty. For dessert I tried the Banana Pudding which was the biggest surprise of the afternoon. This was layered very well and so far the best version of a banana pudding I've found in Fort Worth. They do have some things to iron out as far as a more user friendly reservation system because right now it's only by phone. But hey they are new and will figure it out.

Thanks, Yelp, for yet another hidden gem - and this one only open for a short three months. Based on our visit, Fort Redemption is doing a lot of things right. They offer a small menu but don't let that discourage you. Every last thing we ate was spectacular: cooked to order, seasoned well, full of flavor and left us wanting more. I rarely say "every last thing" was great. We were impressed. Drinks: I asked for a margarita even though it wasn't in their menu. She made it like she absolutely made it everyday. It wasn't too limey and really well balanced. My guy ordered an Old Fashioned - spot on. Food: He opted for the rib eye and I chose the beef tenderloin. We shared brussels and saved room for their banana pudding (thanks, Yelp - you were right!). Sitting at the bar gave us a better vantage point into the kitchen. It's always cool to see all the attention and love given to a great meal, right before it's delivered to you. Chef Troy came out a little while later and chatted with us. This has been a labor of love. Sending our best wishes for continued success. If your meal is anything like ours was, Fort Redemption will be around for years to come!

This has been a great find in recent months, very thoughtful and energetic staff from the front to the back. We've enjoyed their dinner menu and brunch having a couple excellently prepared steaks and sides; and assortment of breakfast and fantastic desserts. Though the seem to run short on one of the options the two times I've visited.

Chef Tony has passion and talent for taking French techniques like sauces and infusing them into Texan fare like cheeseburgers and steaks with gourmet sauces such as bourbon-cream.I keep record of phenomenal burgers where the patty flavor hits! This Redemption Cheeseburger is a huge burger with 1/2 a pound of beefy deliciousness! It clearlydemonstrates a mastery of the culinary craft powered by passion. The same can be said about his banana pudding. Easily the best that I have ever had. I could go on like this about the brisket, tacos and sauces. I think you get the trend. The vibes are chill & the service is on point. I feel like I was lucky to be invited in before this place blows up and reservations have to made 2-3 months out.

Visiting from out of town, we found this place on Yelp near to a doctor appointment and feel like we hit the jackpot! Chef Troy and hostess/server Alanna made our lunch special with their great service and enthusiasm. Although the food is a winner all on its own, hearing the story of how they and Chef Tony welded the tables, built the partitions and literally put this place together from scratch was amazing. The stylish decor makes the meal feel special even when having a casual lunch. We started with an excellent espresso martini. The brisket jalapeño mac and cheese was SO good! The salmon and asparagus was cooked perfectly. The bourbon cream sauce is so tasty. And the creme brûlée and the banana pudding are must orders! I only wish I lived here to come more often.

We, 8 of us, went for brunch yesterday and it's pretty hard to please us all but there was not a one of us that didn't rave about their meal. The ambiance was lovely and the service was impeccable. I had the eggs Benedict with brisket and it was seasoned to perfection. No salt and pepper was on the table and there wasn't a need for it. So please taste before, you will not need any. We will be back soon. A tremendous experience, thank you.

We had heard the lunch and brunch were fantastic. However our dinner was only okay. The service, food and ambiance were okay but a disappointment. Definitely not the quality we expected. We will try it again during the day with hopes of an improvement.
