5 stars not because this is a place for high-end food, but because of the consistent great service, great food for the kind of food it is, and really good management who care about their customers and staff. Nice atmosphere and some good menu choices and the changing specials.Plus point: No tax in tip calculation. And the member's club is great. And great t-shirts (more all-cotton ones please)

Service appears to be going down.Went today with my wife for dinner, place was about 1/3 full. They made us wait 5 minutes to be seated, ok, no big deal.But then we spent 15 minutes just looking at each other and no waiter came at all to take care of us. Walked myself to the front to talk to the greeter, who seemed to be completely uninterested to take care of us, to ask whether or not we had an assigned waitress, he said yes and pointed to the one, I ask if she even KNEW she had a new table to care of, answer was "SHE SHOULD KNOW", go figureWent back to our table, wife and I waited 5 more minutes, nothing.We just gave up and walked out.Too bad, this USED TO be a nice place to come and had dinner now and then.Well, 2 customers lost + not bringing my workmates here anymore.

This visit was not as good. The RIBS were awful. I think the worst RIBS I have ever had in my life. They were dry, hard and barely no meat. I had packed them up to go because had I ate them there I would have sent them back. These weren't fit for a dog. I was truly disappointed. The chicken wings were good as usual. I enjoyed these and was happy with them. Waitress was pleasant. No complaints on service. The ambiance is always fun and it seems they change things up a bit. I saw a different car I don't remember seeing near the hostess stand. So overall this visit slightly disappointing. I will go back for other food items. However, the RIBS are a no.

My family & I went enjoyed dinner here. The drinks took a little while, service was a touch slowww. But overall our server was busy, she was very much on the move, we had to catch her when we could lol. I've been a server so it's understandable. My food was 9/10! I got the salmon w mash potatoes & broccoli. The sauce was the fried pickles were ehhh, not the best I've had 3/10 Decent experience. It was really busy i believe we went on a Sat or Sunday night. Packed inside & there was a wait. We got sat within 10 mins so it wasn't bad.

If you enjoy a classics historical eating experience this would be a great spot to visit. Traditional American food, such as burgers, fries and ribs on the menu. What is very unique is all of the historical design and ambience of Ford vehicles. The service is friendly, the food is enjoyable and the drinks are yummy. This is a great spot to check out if you're in the area.

Anything bison and pickles in there! Bison burger was great for lunch! Fords pickles with cucumber wasabi dip, addicting! Would recommend sharing and finish them while they're hot. Service was good attentive. If you haven't been, it's a must. Cool stuff to look at and the tire sinks in the wash rooms are pretty cool

I recently visited Ford's Garage in Plano, Texas, and while,had a mixed experience.To start, I tried the Angry Orchard and Yuengling Lager beers, both of which were refreshing and complemented our meal nicely. I also appreciated the craft your own flight option, which allowed us to sample a variety of beers. It's a fun way to explore their offerings!For appetizers, we ordered the buffalo chicken dip, and it was really good! Creamy and flavorful, it was a great start to our meal. However, I was disappointed with the desserts. We had the molten lava cake and the brownie with ice cream. The brownie was tasty, but the lava cake didn't have the gooey center I expected.The atmosphere at Ford's Garage was nice and casual, which I liked. However, the service was a bit slow and not very attentive, which took away from the experience.

This is a novelty restaurant with the Ford car theme. Tried the ribs today with fries. It did not disappoint. They were cooked to perfection and the fries were good too.

We honestly loved it here! Great spot for burgers, fries were killer, and our son loved his milkshake.It's somehow heavily themed and a classic diner but it doesn't feel cheesy. They go hard on the automotive theme but it was honestly super unique and memorable.And our service was attentive and swift -- no complaints!We're definitely coming back!

We recently tried Ford's garage for our monthly Texas Rovers meetup. They were able to accomodate a large group and separate checks which makes accounting easy for our members. Ford's garage is quite unique. You'll see all of the look and feel of a car repair shop, including terry cloths used as napkins and even a coolant hose clamp used as a napkin holder. When you walk into the restroom you'll notice even more things like a fuel filler as the faucet and a wheel hub used as a basin. All round it's car themed so it's quite fun for those enthusiasts like us.I ordered the brisket burger, medium with an upgrade to onion rings (extra charge). I looked at the Yelp photos of the full order and highly recommend that you do the same. It took a while for them to fry this (probably the kitchen backed up) and our waitress apologized for the wait. It was well worth the wait though. The brisket came out moist as requested and the burger was juicy. I asked for extra red onions for a truly customized burger. Thursday night was busy for them and it remains a popular option for the locals. A keeper in my book and close to the tollway too!
