I will never recommend this venue!!! The worse experience ever! Josanne painted this pretty story the day we toured and signed contract for my daughters Quinceanera she was super nice and whatever. That night my husband, daughter and I went she told us we could use all her decor which was cool, also we'd have access to venue Friday to drop off stuff before my daughters Quinceanera and Saturday it was available all day! Our original date was set for September 8, 2023 but we had to move it to December 9th 2023 and she was actually nice about it changed. I went again to the venue to update my contract she didn't feel like getting a new sheet so we used my previous contract she just updated everything and had me initial. Moving forward the week of the quince I had to give final payment and she completely changed everything on me I didn't have access to venue Friday cause she said "unless you want to pay extra" I was like and I could only go Wednesday and Thursday to set up or practice! She even asked about the Dj if he was going to have all these lights cause she wasn't going to stay till 2am waiting for them! The day of the quince she was only giving us an hour to drop off stuff at the venue and she'd be back at 5pm for my event in which my invite had said 5pm like how ghetto setting up while guest are arriving! She was hella rude to my husband, the DJ, and the band. She also didn't set up the second venue in which we had already said we wanted both venues because our numbers of guest will grow, I almost forgot she charged me to have security because we were serving alcohol she did not have them there!She's so forgetful and argues that she didn't say certain things!Like why put have a venue business if you're going to be picking af and not keep your word! If anything she owes me money for not going is the full day like her website says I should have just paid for the 4/5 hours if I know she was gonna be a pain! This place doesn't even deserve a star at all!!!
