Dallas used to be covered head to toe in Azelias. Not as many anymore but enough to enjoy!
Azaleas in Dallas are beginning to bloom!
if you stand in the middle of this beautiful gazebo and sing, talk etc it is reflected back to you in beautiful notes!
Spring has sprung!

This is a beautiful and small park with a great Gazebo with a pond next to it.All street parking.Very clean and nice walking path.We went here to meet with a photographer. We enjoyed our trip to this area because you get to see all the RIDICULOUSLY sized houses in Highland Park. This is a beautiful place to visit though. Bring the kids and let them run around a little bit. There were a couple of engagements that happened in the Gazebo while we were there. So cute!

What can I say. This tiny park is Fabulous! I was introduced to it back in high school by a friend. Over the decades I've visited occasionally and introduced many to it's quaint beauty. One of the original attractions back then was the location. Nestled in a wealthy high income area,a stroll around the park also included feasting your eyes on lovely 1930s era mansions. Alot of those homes are still here but, many have been raised and replaced with even larger and more modern extravagances of architecture. If you are in the area it's worth a stop to check out.

Nice little park to visit -- especially when seasonal decorations are up. We came here between Halloween and Thanksgiving so there were lots of pumpkins and an autumn feel about. It's a Flippen good park.

This is my favorite of the 22 parks in the Town of Highland Park, hands down! The giant fountain on one end and the large open space on the other blend form and function beautifully. The gazebo is a lovely focal point to bridge the two. I will say, however, that it could use a little bit of attention. While very sturdy, it has a good bit of cosmetic wear and damage to it. A little elbow grease could have it cleaned up and shining as I'm sure it once did. I could see it being a wonderful wedding venue, but the restrictions are a little too severe for most couples, particularly those of the Highland Park crowd.
