Fito's Tacos de Trompo

Que comida tan deliciosa!!!Se me han antojado unos tacos bien ricos y grasosos así como en México y busqué en Google, bueno pues me salió este lugar. Déjenme les cuento que me quedé súper sorprendida con la delicia de tacos que sirven aquí. Yo ordené tacos de trompo, bistec, tripas, birria y lengua y todos estaban muy sabrosos.Oh y no se diga la salsa! Picosa y no desabrida.Lo bueno que me paré a comer aquí. Se los recomiendoWhat a delicious meal I just had!I was craving some tacos, but not just any tacos.. like the greasy kind. The kind that you fan onto find in Mexico. So a little google search and I came across this place..Let me just say that it did not disappoint!! It was everything I wanted and more! I was quite surprised because most places I've been to have been a huge disappointment. But not Fitos!! Fitos was fire!! I loved every single bite! It was like being in little Mexico. I had one of each and every one of them was bomb! And don't get me started on the sauce!! It was actually spicy!I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for fresh ingredients, savory meats, soft tortillas and amazing flavors! It looks a little run down fromThe outside..but I promise the food is legit! Plus they have friendly staff.

Me and my family were at the tire shop across the street, preparing for a road trip to Houston. We smelled Fito's food aroma in the air, and wanted to give them a try.It was around 12 lunch time, with a few cars in the parking lot. We walked in to the small counter and ordered 6 regular barbacoa beef tacos , and my hubs got the pork and I opted for barbacoa with added cheese and avocado. Our to-go order took about 5 mins to prepare. There were only few people sitting down eating. The spot is small with some tables, wouldn't say for very large groups. The beef had perfect amount salt and pepper, but was quite greasy. They weren't dry that's for sure. The side onions, cilantro herbs ingredients tasted fresh, and drizzled lime made every bite flavorful. I didn't taste the pork tacos, but my hubs said they were good. Overall, 3 1/2stars. I will try the Lewisville location and the other menu options.

Trompo tacos are my weakness so while in the area stopped by ordered about 20 tacos they were delicious when I got home no doubt! Like several taco places I've been to they do have an additional charge for using credit cards soo it's easier paying with cash but if you do choose card now ya know.

Honestly...... I was super hungry, & found a gem! Like hole in wall full of gold. Lollll The food is great super authentic, so if you want pure south of the board tacos! You've found the spot ohhhh & ask about their signature burger. #smack!

Good it's really really good, I mean I love the green sauce , and I always ask for a mix torta, never disappointed, service it's nice, takes no time to get your food on the table, place indeed needs the parking spot and maybe a little retouch on the inside but aside from that perfect gem

We got the taco Tuesday special so we got to sample the trompo pork & chicken along with their bistek. I definitely recommend the pork and beef, but not the chicken. Their borracho beans are fantastic. Their salsa is very unique and tasty too.

I mean if you're on Harry Hines Boulevard ... you might not necessarily want to be on Harry Hines Boulevard ... but if you are, and you're not afraid (you shouldn't be because I've never had a problem) come get a campechana taco or mixto especial. This place is cheap and awesome and pretty clean for what it is ... you can't go wrong. This isn't Perry's steakhouse, this is tacos on harry Hines, and it's great. Red sauce and green sauce both spicy. Never disappointed here.

Good food, nice staffSome guy got shot and carjacked waiting for his wife to get off her shift here, but come on, the food is worth it 5 stars

Came here for a torta and I literally came here. 10/10 would recommend the torta de bistec. El ambiente could be a bit better but overall good

Pretty good food definitely not TJ tacos but it's Texas not much more you can expect.
