First Watch

Foodie Alert! If you're looking for a delightful everyday breakfast or brunch spot, look no further--First Watch has you covered! They offer an extensive menu filled with a variety of options that cater to every palate, from healthy juices and power bowls to delicious pancakes and waffles.During my visit, I ordered the pesto chicken quinoa bowl, which was incredibly flavorful. The waffles and pancakes were nice and buttery, and to top it all off, I enjoyed the refreshing Morning Meditation juice.The balance of flavors allowed me to experience a bit of everything on the menu. On top of that, the atmosphere and service service was excellent--everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable.

At first, I was a bit skeptic when my friend suggest First Watch. The one closer to my house isn't that great, but I learned that different franchise owners may create a better experience for you. I gave it a try. You don't know until you try, right?Lots of parking around the building. There's also a strip of other food places nearby. I noticed that this area may be still developing, so that'll be exciting to see what's in store for this area. The waiting time wasn't long. The restaurant seemed organized, service had clear communication, and the noise level wasn't too loud.I had the chicken avocado salad with a purple haze. I have this obsession with lavender and it was very tasty, not too sweet, but not too tart. Perfection in my eyes. The salad was a typical salad. The service understood what I didn't want on the salad. I was quite impressed with the server - she didn't write anything down. A+!We saw a friend sitting in a few booths behind us. The server was gracious and let us sit with our friend, but don't worry, we still tipped both servers. They were flexible and didn't mind us being together.Overall, everyone enjoyed their food and we'll be back to this location soon.

This was my first time at First Watch and overall it was a good experience. I met a friend here for lunch and it wasn't busy so we were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and patient. Even though it was lunch time he didn't rush us to leave when the check was ready. It may seem like a little thing, but I appreciated us being able to scan a QR code and split the bill on our phone. It made the checkout process smooth and easy.I decided to have the Elevated Egg sandwich and it was very tasty. I usually have to have some type of sauce on my sandwich, but the over easy egg and the lemon-dressed arugula were a perfect match for this sandwich. Typically, I swap out the potatoes for fruit, but I was feeling carbie today so I kept the potatoes and they did not disappoint. Perfect amount of seasoning, they were light yet crunchy, and I didn't even need ketchup with them. My friend had the avocado toast and they did not scrimp on the avocado. She had so much that she asked for another piece of toast to go with it. She said the over easy eggs were perfectly cooked and although she originally thought she wasn't hungry, she ate every bit.They have a great menu with lots of variety. I look forward to coming back on the weekend when I can partake in one of their cocktails. I'll definitely bring the family back as there appears to be something for everyone.

One of the few brunch places in town that offers healthy and affordable brunch. I always get the quinoa pesto bowl, while the portion seems to have gotten smaller from what I remember the food was still so tasty. Service was great even though it was very busy.

I Love a good brunch. My husband comes here about 2x per month with his coffee group on Saturday at 8am. He says it usually isn't crowded.But I'll tell ya... it IS crowded around 10:30am on a Saturday. They said a 20 min wait, but it was only around 10 mins.There is a place in San Francisco that I think originated "Million dollar bacon" - and let me tell you - it is the golden standard - At a place called Sweet Maple, it will run you $20 for 3 slices I think. But is is SUPER THICK bacon, an is slow cooked for about 10 hours. The million dollar bacon here - is only about $6 for 4 slices, and it is NOT the same, it is just regular sliced bacon with a glaze, still delicious, but not in the same universe.I also got the lemon ricotta pancakes, which were huge and I took home 2/3 of them for leftovers. I would like to try just their regular pancakes too, and maybe the french toast. Hubbs got the special eggy carnitas quesadilla. He liked it, and also took home 1/2.Solid Brunch spot to work your way through the menu.

David was my servicer and he provided outstanding service from beginning to end! He's recommended the French toast with chicken sausage and it was so good!

Wow! This place is super good! When you leave it will only be with a smile or your face! Stays pretty busy but it's worth the wait! Love all the breakfast items here! Huge fan of the French toast and bacon! - they have a nice assortment of breakfast items! Loved the Bloody Mary - spicy of course! Great for good family vibes! Super clean establishment and the host is very attentive and nice!

The BEST Breakfast spot after an incredible hike at Grapevine Lake! The food is amazing! Another 1st for my guy & he was very pleased with the portion size & the incredible flavors as well.

Visited first watch for first time in a year today. Ordered food to go. Million dollar potatoes were overcooked. Avocado on both entrees was over ripe. There was no fruit on the side. And the preserves weren't house made, they were smuckers.
