Founded by pastry chef Seunghee Park from South Korea, Everything Madeleine has the most delicious, high-quality, and made from scratch madeleines. Madeleines are small, shell-shaped sponge cakes from France, known for their light, buttery texture and crisp edges. Everything madeleine has the best I've ever had, and I love how they incorporate traditional Korean flavors like mugwort!(5/5) Strawberry Banana Teddy Madeleine I had pre-ordered their valentines gift box set that included four flavors. This one was banana madeleine, strawberry jam, banana ganache, strawberry chocolate coating. Soooo delicious, you can really taste each flavor components.(5/5) Raspberry Dark Chocolate Madeleine Dark chocolate madeleine, raspberry vanilla jam, dark coating chocolate. This was so beautiful and I adored the raspberry jam with seeds inside.(4/5) "Dom Perignon Brut 2013" Champagne Madeleine Hazelnut madeleine, champagne white chocolate ganache, milk chocolate, sugar powder. It tasted sweet and clean. But with most champagne flavored desserts, the champagne flavor is very light and almost unnoticeable, so keep that in mind.(5/5) Black Forest Madeleine Chocolate madeleine, cherry syrup, cherry comfort, fresh cream, dark chocolate flack (dark 70%). So rich yet not too sweet, it's such perfection!100000% recommend visiting this place. What an absolute gem!

The store is pretty cute and the owners are nice. I got matcha and early grey and pistachio Madeline. I like the matcha but it's not super mind blowingThe Madeline is very cakey. I personally like the more moist and soft traditional Madeline. The wait is very long so definitely go early.

I visited the bakery for the first time before the end of 2024 looking for gifts for family. The gentleman and the chef were attentive and ready to help with my pesky questions like: "What're your most popular flavors?" and "What are your most unique you'd recommend?" , etc. etc. Despite my questioning and taking some time, they are extremely patient, and you can tell that they love this business with their whole heart. They had packaged each madeleine individually and offered gift boxes and care instructions.The building is small, so it would be best to take these to-go, which serves my purposes to gift them perfectly. I couldn't leave without treating myself, and OH MY GOODNESS were these so perfect. I never loved madeleines. I grew up eating them from the supermarket and usually they're stale and cakey. Not these ones. I tried their crème brulee and black sesame flavors and they are as excellent as they sound. A crispy caramelized shell, fluffy interior, and black sesame cream filling were sending my taste buds to bliss. A perfect "not too sweet" treat pick me up! I absolutely cannot wait to go back, and be sure to get there relatively early, because they sell out!

I learned about this place on TikTok. As a Madeleine lover, it seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, it's all real. This quaint little bakery is conveniently located in downtown Carrollton. The woman at the counter was very friendly. It's tiny so there's not much room to sit down and eat the treats but they have a wide variety of Madeleines. They also serve coffe and tea. I love the stuffed Madeleines. I also got the matcha Madeleine. It hadthis yummy coating on it...delectable;) Where else can you get a matcha Madeleine?? They are on the pricey side but so is everything else these days. Don't let that impede you from stopping by. It's such a cute concept and I'm sure there's a flavor for everyone here.

This small little dessert shop is so cute!! I finally got to stop by to pick up some madeleines and they had a variety of flavors that it was hard to choose! I got six madeleines and they packaged it in a cute box. I honestly wanted to try them all but the injeolmi one was so yummy, and I think that might have been my favorite but I do want to try all of their flavors as well.They also have coffee and lattes--I just got an americano, but next time, I want to try some of their specialty lattes! I will definitely come back here often! The staff was super friendly as well. Highly recommend this super cute spot :)

ORDERMatcha Cream Latte with Shot of Espresso - super creamy and delicious. Matcha Cream Latte - though I am a fan of coffee, I do like the Matcha by itself. It is a very creamy drink, and the Matcha is well made in salt. There's a Matcha cream on top that adds the perfect level sweetness to the drink.Strawberry - there's loads of strawberry in this one! There are dried strawberries on top of a strawberry jam/cream...? Very strong with the strawberry flavor. The Madelene itself is very soft and yummy. We would definitely recommend for people who have a sweet tooth because it is a bit on the sweeter side.Dark chocolate teddy bear - this one is definitely more on the rich side. I think it's really cute that they make it a little teddy bear shaped. The caramel inside makes it really rich, and it tastes almost like a brownie.Cappuccino - This one was a bit drier but still good. The coating is more rich and chocolate-y.Double vanilla - the outside taste like vanilla glaze. The inside has a vanilla bean cream, which is very good. This Madeleine is a little bit more on the sweeter side, but not too sweet.Corn creme brulee - soft texture and charred on the outside which makes it so tasty. A little bit harder than the rest probably because of the corn, but still very very solid Madeleine.Canele - the outside is hard with a caramelized crust. The inside has strong, rum, egg, and vanilla flavor. The center is really soft and tender, which makes it taste yummy. Matcha macadamia - the inside is made of a Matcha base. The nuts complimented the Madeleine very well. The Matcha glaze was smooth and not too sweet.Milky - reminds me of a glazed donut, but the inside is a lot softer. Not too sweet, which is yummy!VIBESThe vibes are really nice. They decorated it with Christmas decorations so she gives a nice holiday feel. Very small interior with a bench for seating so much more of a grab and go place. Very cute.SERVICEService is phenomenal! The guy who got our order asked if it was our first time coming and he gave recommendations. Very thorough explanations and I think the overall packaging process and the information cards that they are super super helpful.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon for a snack after having lunch in Carrollton. Their options are unique and I would recommend getting there earlier in the day as certain flavors tend to sell out. No tables but there's a small bench while you wait for your drinks.

I was so excited to make my way in this morning for the first time. This is the cutest little shop and the owners are so sweet! I am obsessed with all the decor. They have otters everywhere! You have to get some madeleines but make sure you grab a canelé and some tea! I got the marco polo iced and it was super tasty!They have so many fun flavors of madeleines and some are filled as well! They also have a few croissant flavors to choose from. I love the otters and touches of France throughout. Cannot wait to come back here!!

This is such a gem in Carrollton, and just another excuse to stop by in the lovely and diverse city. This place is tucked in the historic downtown area and I could not be more grateful for it. All of the madeleines we tried were incredible and I'm still daydreaming about the green onion financier. I will be sending all my loved ones here for a fantastic, warm customer service experience and some of the best baked goods ever! The flavors are incredibly unique, the quality is undeniable, and this is a great way to treat yourself.

They just opened up a new shop. It's really nice and trendy. Super clean and the wife couldn't stop taking pictures of everything! I'm always too busy stuffing my face!The madeleines and desserts here are amazing! They even have TikTok trendy desserts like flat croissants! Get them before they run out though! They do run out, so get there early and enjoy yourselves!They are named after the owner's love of madeleines. They have only gotten better and the flavors have continued to grow and get better and better. Super moist and dense at the same time. The little bear madeleines and caneles are amazing as well. Sarah will be making my wedding cake. We will be having a madeleine tower as well. They look fantastic! Super pretty eye-catching! She really can do it all. My favorite is the black sesame. I always eat there and take some to go.Grab one of their new lattes. The Tiramisu latte is fire!Sarah and Andrew are absolutely the nicest people ever!
