Elixir Uptown

This place was amazing looking on the inside. However they need to figure out their identity. Do you want to be a sports bar? Or do you just want to be a hang out? Either way, go with an identity and roll with it.This place needs some marketing. I have to go here a few more times to figure out if I like it. The seating is just a little different and it almost seems like you want to be a club with sections versus a sports bar. Need more experience bartenders here. Sent a few drinks back because they did not taste well. Learn the recipe of an espresso martini and I think you'll have more people come

Beautiful setup. Nice ambiance, with a lit bar countertop. Music playing when I visited, but there is space for a live DJ. Nice seating areas inside (small space though) and nice patio area with great seating areas. Watch your step!! You can easily miss the steps as you're leaving out of the bar area- especially if you've put back a few, lol. Everyone was friendly upon entering- nice greeting. Met one of the owners, Chris, who was extremely sweet and just a cool guy. Caleb was our bartender and was so awesome! Several TVs set up at and around the bar area. The downside is that there is no food...yet. They told us that a food truck (tacos) will soon be available, so I'll be looking forward to that once I visit again. I'll be back sooner than later!

Great atmosphere,service, and cocktails! Great spot to relax l and get together with friends or coworkers!

Great drinks great prices and Alex is the man. Hope this place is around for a long time to come

Worst. Place. Ever. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews, but this one was bad. Definitely needs to figure out their identity. The inside looks like it wants to be an upscale bar. However, the outside looked like a sports bar. And then the music was scream-o music. The bartenders need to be trained on customer service, making drinks, and cleanliness. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes (with nobody else around) before we had to flag someone down to help us. When he finally helped us he was rude and Irritated. The bartenders were playing on their phones. We ordered a basic Paloma and the bartender looked at us like we were crazy, so we ordered a patron and pineapple. It tasted like watered down tequila with watered down pineapple juice. Our drink was clear and 35 dollars. We couldn't even finish them. Which says A LOT. This place needs help

It's a really cute bar but the guys that own the place are creepy and rude. I've been twice now and the old guy always has some sexual comment to make. Will not be going back

I really wanted to like this bar, but it's impossible when they never seem to be open as advertised. I've tried coming by multiple times during their posted hours for Sunday Football, only to find the doors locked. It's frustrating to drive across town and end up wasting your time. If they can't stick to their own hours, they should update them or at least let customers know when they'll actually be open. Not a great look for a business.

If I could leave zero stars I would. A worker who had a clean up some basic stuff that is probably in his job title curse me out for complementing his work ethic.
