Elite BBQ & Catering

Started off by trying to feed my dog a piece, he walked off. I should've picked up on his instinct because upon the first bite, instant regret. Not human food, not even dog food, what is this! Whoever told this person to start a business is a bad person and should be taken to court.

This place is scam! Please stay away!! I ordered a rib sandwich and received two slices of bread stuffed with potatoes. The sandwich was made to look like there was ribs in it. I didn't notice it until I got home and opened the box. He's dishonest and a thief.

This has to be the worst experience ever, Stuffed Potato was very undercooked and was not hot at all. It was BBQ meat from Sam's club also cold, cheese wasn't even melted with no seasoning anywhere to be found and everything slapped onto a cold Potato. Frito Pie was Frito's and Chili Cheese sauce in a styrofoam box, no ground beef, no beans and no onions all cold as ice. Portions are ridiculously tiny for the amount charged. Pass it by and find better bbq anywhere else in Texas

I wish more people would complain about the food they serve, I feel like since it's a food truck and people grab their food and go no one is brave enough to return their food. I ordered from this place twice, brisket nachos and a chopped beef sandwhich. It's almost as if they try to ration their chopped beef ? Like just cook more or lower the prices for what we're actually getting! They don't even cover the whole bun with chopped beef. It's more bread than chopped beef, I wish I still had the picture to post with my review. The nachos were no different than stadium nachos with a small serving of brisket thrown on top... for $10This place will never get my money again.

They catered food and this was THE worst BBQ I have ever eaten. Just Nasty!!!! I know the ribs was at least 4-8 days old. What BBQ restaurant serves Spare Ribs. He said the Hot Links was Smokey Denmark's that was a lie it mushy and nasty. However the bread was fresh and that was my lunch two pieces of bread.

the first eatss in Texas and boy did they deliver!! the employees were so nice and the BBQ... DELICIOUS!! would definitely come again

So disappointed I didn't read reviews before buying food from here. Not sure how they are still in business. I'm assuming people don't return the food since it's a good truck not dine in. Food was not fresh. Just like other posters, ribs had to be a few days old at the least. Chopped brisket was so terribly dry even the sauce couldn't help it. AND THE SAUCE OMG WHAT IS THAT? Nasty. Looking at the sausage I had to pass it was so over cooked shriveled up look like a rubber toy. Hate to be rude but this was gross. Yes, the freshest thing was the two slices of loaf bread they top it with. I was excited to support local business but that left me starving and disappointed.

I ordered 1/2 lb ribs, 2 sides and water for $17.50. When I got to my car to my car and checked the bag I had 3 rib ends. Never again, tried to support this business.

Food was not good. Over priced for what you get! Ordered Turkey legs and it was overcooked and dry! Brisket Nachos not worth it, barely any meat and cheese. Waist of money but only food option at a cheer competition!

Some of the worst bbq I've had. Brisket nachos was canned cheese sauce and salty meat underneath and sloppy presentation. The lady taking the orders need some customer service skills. OMG how come I didn't read these reviews before eating here ! I pray that we don't get sick from eating this mess. How is this place still in business ??? The health dept need to shut this place down !
