Einstein Bros. Bagels

Me and my boyfriend love it here! We always order ahead, but normally costumer service is amazing and fast. The food is great! They've never gotten my order wrong so I'm happy with that.

If I can give this place, no stars I would. If I place a mobile to go order my expectation is that when I get to the location, my order is ready. However, in this instance with this particular location that was not the case. I placed the order 20 minutes before arriving at the location. Once I get there, I'm told that they had no idea I had an order, they were not prepared because the butter that I requested was frozen, and not only did I have to wait 15 extra minutes for my order but the bagel was not toasted and they put a mountain of butter on it. The disappointing part was the no apology for the wait. I was met with an excuse of the system didn't show an order although I showed them my cell phone that had the order number time and date the order was placed. No stars in two thumbs down!

Went to newly opened store. The menu is a bit overwhelming so many things with so many options lists but in various places in store. Wanted a puppy bagel from jar on counter jar price says $1.49 but was charged 1.59 on register receipt. When questioned about the price the register gal went to the female manager who was at the counter right there but she wouldn't even look at us when she told the gal to tell us the computer price was changed but they didn't know. She did not make any adjustment or even say I'm sorry. Not exactly what I was expecting! There is no place to sit so be ready to take it to go!
