I am honestly baffled by the high ratings. Was this just a bad day for us?We had the eggselent skillet and eggs Benedict. The eggs Benedict was the worst I have ever had. The highlight of the dish was the poached egg. The hollandaise was extremely thick and overpowering, the Canadian bacon had no flavor, and the only other flavor was coming from the stale muffin drenched in cheap butter. The hashbrowns -- I understand they are not supposed to have much flavor, but please put some salt and pepper there (or borrow from the hollandaise). They looked nothing like the eggs Benedict photo that comes up for this restaurant on yelp. As for the skillet, nothing special, but the accompanying pancakes were disappointingly stodgy. Also, everything smelt of old fat.The service was okay, food came in time, the place was clean etcetera. We won't go back, but I would give a benefit of doubt, and say this was a once in a while mishap. Which is why I put three stars, or else I would do two.

I eat here at least 2 or 3 times a month and would come daily if possible! My partner and I have tried maybe half of the menu and always leave satisfied. Most of it is typical American diner food but everything tastes better here. My go to is the Bomber burger, it honestly needs to be on the best burgers in DFW list! The steak and eggs are always a good move as well as the skillets! The service is always excellent, and I never feel neglected, no matter how packed and busy they are!

Food was very good. Wait staff can use some improvement. Items did not come out for order had too make repeated request for missing items, and refills on drinks. The system need to be more organized. For example you have to bring syrup with multiple orders of pancakes. You should check en route to another table. Other than. That, the food was very good. I had pancakes, fresh fruit, omelet and grits. They all were very good. At our table we had 6 people with 6 different orders. The Santa Fe skillet was good. The avocado toast, eggs, breakfast meats was great. We spent over 1$100for six people. So be careful what you order. The ambiance was a noisy cafe

My friends are here from Cali, took them here before they head to the airport. It's ridiculous how they automatically charged 22% gratuity when the server barely pay attention on our table, forgot to bring my coffee and forgot one of our dish. Not sure if the server did it on purpose or what? I haded her my card first because I know for sure my guests from Cali would want to pay. Prob she knows I wouldn't argue with her as I've got guests here. I own multiple restaurants and I've never seen any local restaurant would charge customer 22% gratuity. Even if my business would charge gratuitous, the Average usually goes from 15-18% I wouldn't mind if the server have excellent service just like their restaurant name but she forgot to bring me my coffee and she even forgot one of my guest order and I couldn't flag her down because she was chatting with her regulars with her back on me.Food was just average American style restaurant, nothing special.

I ordered the Salmon Benedict and I'm uncertain if I have food poisoning now. The salmon was very very gross and had frozen-like qualities.Hash browns were blah.Restaurant was dirty, waitresses did not ask us how the food was, and the prices were a bit too high for the quality that was presented. I could have made a better breakfast at home by cracking two eggs over a skillet and lightly seasoning with salt and pepper.
