Eggroll Hut Restaurant

Nope. Not because of the people. I wish this place was good because of the convenience of the location and drive thru. BUT the food is not it. Unfortunately there is no flavor and it's not good. Period.

Ordered the cashew chicken. Decent taste... but... it had NO cashews. No pieces. I don't mean FEW pieces; there was NOT A SINGLE piece of cashew in this. It became a joke, hunting for a little cashew.

This is kind of a unique place (in an old Dairy Mart) with the order window on the East Side and the pick up window on the West Side.. If you are craving traditional American Chinese food in the East Dallas/Fair Park area, here you go!!You can phone in your order and pick it up at the first drive through window, (my suggestion to you). The alternative is what I do, I place it at the first window, then sit in the car in line waiting on my order with the tunes massaging my brain!While there are better places in the area, I like this place as it is half the price of the more expensive locations. The Sweet and Sour Chicken is my favorite. I ALWAYS get extra egg rolls. The Crab Rangoon is terribly addicting. (I always save a couple to eat WITH the fortune cookie. Everything I've had here tastes good and the staff does care about their customers.

Hot delicious food, pretty darn quick. I also like that they have a drive-through window. Put your order in, pay, and drive around to the other side to pick up , also at a window. Great for getting food on the way home from work.

Ordered the chicken lo mein and will definitely be back. Portion was more than enough for 2 people and very good. The restaurant is drive thru only and I was served so quickly and friendly

surprise surprise surprise this place is a great place to go. You get ample amount of food. Great great portion for the price you can mess around and spend quite a bit of money but get a quite a bit of food and it's actually tasty. I totally recommend this place been going there for years and it is one of the best places that I pretty much gotten my Chinese food from egg roll hut it is the bomb.

Save your money they are super rude and not helpful. I would recommend Szechuan Chinese off of Lemmon Ave. 10 times better and they actually care.

For a Chinese food place in a city like Dallas with BBQ but limited everything else ... it's a pretty good deal, meaning you get pretty large portions. I've had better ... but for a LOT more money. Ordered multiple items ... they're all about the same taste and quality ... good not amazing ... great for comfort nourishment when you need it and don't feel like forking over your college tuition just to eat dinner. Definitely recommend for the area in East Dallas.

Bad customer service The guy who helped me was so un helpful and rude. I shouldn't comment on the food as I returned it but I'm gonna go ahead and say it sucked cuz I can.

They are not consistent in their crab Ragoon. They cheat you on the filing a lot of times. Always eating empty dough. very disappointing. it's always hit or miss mostly miss when skimping on the filing. their actually good when there is filing in them. I rather pay the extra money and go to Sakana's to get true crab Ragoon.
