Amazing- Delicious- Flavorful This is a quiet restaurant tucked away from the hustle and bustle!Great menu with lots of different kebabs, appetizers, sandwiches, wraps, and even family meals and combos! We went with the combo plate that had chicken and beef skewers with rice, tomatoes and pepper and a soft flat bread! We also added a side of the yogurt medley w cucumber! This was a great meal that we shared but could have finished on our own another time if we were more hungry!! Service was friendly and quick and overall value was wonderful!I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great kebab!

Came in late night around 8:30pm, place's was nice and quiet, very spacious. The server was quick with the order and the foods came out pretty fast. The lamp kabob with rice was freshly cooked and tasty . The decor was a little outdated. The atmosphere was relaxing feel . Definitely be back to try more stuff on the menu !

Please bring back Texas kabob house this place is no where near what I was used to having... we also ordered extra pita bread and they gave us none.

I asked the waiter if the lamb shank was fresh, and he confirmed it was. When the lamb shank arrived, it was steaming, and the waiter emphasized its freshness because of the steam. However, while eating, I noticed that one side of the lamb shank was refrigerator cold. I had no idea how long it had been in the fridge. I decided not to mention this to the waiter since I wasn't planning to return. When I went to pay, my bill, which included the $21.99 lamb shank, an orange juice, and an ice water, totaled $41. Upon checking the receipt, I saw that I had been charged $11 for the orange juice and an additional $5.50 as a tip which he didn't even ask if I wanted to tip or not. This owner is not trustworthy and overcharges customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife got sick from eating at this place, literally threw up after the first bite of her zereshk polo that she ordered for take out. They either used bad oil or old oil. I knew something didn't smell right when I went to pickup the order.

1st visit. We didn't get our sambosa & Lamb Shank online said it comes with Lima beans. We didn't get either. Rice is cooked well. So far, this is the ONLY place I like ghormeh sabzi from!! I love shahrzad & sheesh kebab so much, but even Kasra - nobody has enough herbs or lime lol. Will def order GZ again here. :) The koobideh was cooked very well, slightly charred & not burned. The lamb is very tender & good. The thick broth reminds me of base lentil stew - I didn't see if they offer that but hopefully. It's all very good aside from missing things. Just check your order. We will for sure plan to dine inside.

I love the food! The koobeidh kabobs are so fresh and I love there tahdig (burnt rice). I come here very often and I am very impressed with the quality, quantity and taste. The portions are good the food is fresh and the taste is spectacular, it's a good bang for your buck compared to other pricy Persian restaurants. The service is good, the owner Masood is very friendly, and the location is nice. This place is a must !

I'd compare this to any other kabob place in the area. The chicken and beef kabobs/koobideh were both good. Meats were tender and juicy. The lamb was juicy but a bit too charred and ended up being bitter. I forget what the eggplant dish is called. It was ok but needed a bit more flavor. Service was good. The owner helped us and was very conversational. He told us about his family back home and he had pictures of his dad (I believe) on the walls.

This location use to be Texas Kabob Absolutely not... this restaurant is sketchy at best. Even their website photos of the food is deceptive. The overall atmosphere was uncleaned. A fly swatter lying next to the tea maker. The front door was left open so leaves and dirt blowing inside everywhere. The eating utensils were disgustingly dirty. This place can't decide if it's a deli or bar or night lounge. What you order may be upcharged and the food was not worth $150 for lunch! There was absolutely no one else in the restaurant so there couldn't be any confusion as to who ordered what at what table. We asked for waters and were given water bottles and no glasses (but maybe a good thing looking back) Food came out cold and tasteless. The kask o bademjan was brown eggplant slop missing mint, and the yogurt was awful. The beef and lamb were too gamey and chewy, poor quality meats and plain, no seasoned flavor. The basmati rice was day old.Service was as expected, chauvinistic and rude. Our server, would not bring our check when we asked and he motioned we needed to go up to the register to pay. He didn't even print the bill but motioned to look at the register's screen .
