As always, the Doubletree never disappoints. From clean and well-appointed rooms, to friendly staff, to a great great breakfast menu, I would stay at at a Doubletree anytime. My favorite thing about the Doubletree is the warm cookies they give at checkin (and anytime you ask for a one!)

I had a wonderful stay! Hilton truly values its members. Even though I have held Gold or Platinum status over the years, they always make a point to acknowledge and appreciate my membership when I check in. The customer service was top-notch, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. While the hotel is a little dated in areas like the carpeting, it was clean and comfortable overall. The central location was also a big plus. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was particularly well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. I enjoyed a restful night's sleep. The only minor drawbacks were the thin walls--we could occasionally hear conversations from the room next door--and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly due to the air conditioning. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely return!

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, not enough for what I experienced, and what I received in the return of the experience. I fell and slipped getting into the bathtub shower. I almost nearly severely injured myself if I weren't able to grab onto a handle at the last moment. I didn't escape unscathed. I am bruised all over and somehow rolled my ankle or hit it onto something there in the fall. I was only given a $25 breakfast voucher. Which I haven't been able to use just from being in so much pain and unable to get up fast enough or use that energy to go get breakfast up to $25. Asides from that major incident, other things like the TV not fully working and some of the outlets being very loose that it makes it hard to charge anything. The room also gets really, really, really hot at some point in the middle of the night. The good is that it's in a pretty prime location to get to a lot of the places you probably want to get to. In terms of like Uber or if you rented a car to drive around. As compared to the other major cities with trains and such.

Nice helpful staff. Loved the yummy warm cookies we received when we checked in! We were given the option to choose which floor we wanted to stay on due to availability which was nice! Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable! I had an issue and the staff quickly assisted! Great service and I would recommend this hotel it was also quiet on the floor we stayed on which was a high floor. We alsohad a great view and when we needed towels we received them quickly! The only thing I had an issue with was the lobby floor had an unpleasant smell during my entire stay. Other than that it was good. They have a deli and a small store in the lobby area where you can make a purchase and just charge it to the room if needed. On our floor we also had a vending machine.

Awesome Doubletree location with a lot of cool art. Excellent rooms but I just missed the breakfast for the restaurant which closes at 10:30am and reopens at 4pm. There is a cafe nearby though (separate review). Service was also good. Definitely recommended as a hotel in Dallas!

Nice hotel here in Dallas! My cousin lives here and MB and I flew in for her 50th birthday celebration. The hotel-supplied buffet was delicious and varied. The 21st floor setup for parties and events was flawless. Attentive staff and lovely tables really added to the ambience. The lobby bar opens at 4:00pm and the restaurant opens for breakfast and dinner. No lunch service. I ordered "something little" sitting at the bar waiting for family to arrive for dinner. My "little" side of fries was ENORMOUS. Thin, crispy, well-salted and hot, they were enough for three people. I have to mention the bed. I have never slept without moving all night in my life. MB agreed with me, the beds were fantastic. The staff were friendly, personable, laughed at my jokes, and accommodating. I would love to stay here again.

Very nice staff, lovely room. My AC was busted when I arrived and they fixed it while I was out, and offered to move me to a different room if it wasn't cold enough by the time I got back. It was quiet enough even though I was near the elevator. Plenty of easy parking. Everything I doordashed arrived within 20 min and the hotel location provides easy access to the highway. I do recommend bringing a sound machine with you as the highway and air traffic noise is a lot (especially if you're not used to any).

Came here for two nights during the "snow storm" this year. I had a great experience. The staff at the desk were always kind and informational (staffed 24/hrs) and you can check in anytime before midnight and check out as early as you please. The gym is small, but has all the good stuff needed and I enjoyed my workout there. Everywhere I entered was clean and too my liking. Free WiFi and free parking!Pro tip, if you need a microwave, make sure to let them know! They'll bring one too your room:)

Normally, I don't stay at this property. But I decided to stay, even though it can be rather noisy because it's right off of the expressway. I arrived and I had asked for the highest floor. It was not available to me. I was on the 15th floor with a spectacular view much to my surprise. . There is coffee in the morning, which is very strong. They do offer almond milk if you ask for it, you get there complementary walnut, chocolate chip warm cookie when you arrive. . I actually liked them so much that I tookhome a few tins for my friends.I did see some doggies in the lobby. I'm not sure if this is a dog friendly hotel you would have to call. . I recommend the 15th floor and anything higher.I was told by the management that the beds had all been replaced with these very comfortable beds and I agree they were very comfortable great night sleep . ( here is an Uber tip. Make sure you get the correct address of this hotel. If you stay here . there is another one very close by and sometimes Uber goes to the wrong address.) yes, it happened to me.

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately overshadowed by severe security issues and an apparent lack of regard for guest safety by the hotel staff. While the location is close to various attractions and amenities, it's situated in an area that seems to be plagued by criminal activity, which poses significant concerns for anyone staying there.During my stay, I witnessed an unsettling incident involving two female guests who had traveled to attend a football game. When they returned to the hotel, they found that their room had been accessed in their absence, and valuables were taken--this included personal items such as shoes, a belt, a hairdryer, and, shockingly, a set of car keys. Disturbingly, one of the guests' cars was stolen directly from the hotel parking lot.I observed these women in a state of distress, attempting to seek help from the front desk, only to be met with indifference. The hotel's response was unacceptable: the staff insisted they could not assist until the general manager arrived on Monday, leaving these guests stranded and unsupported. The women resorted to calling the Dallas Police, who appeared overwhelmed and provided little assistance, remarking that it was "a Saturday night in Dallas." This left the guests with no immediate resolution, highlighting a glaring lack of accountability on the hotel's part. And then there's the "security guard"--a guy whose main job seems to be riding a golf cart around the lot. I say "security" loosely because this guy reeked of weed and was so high, I doubt he knew his own name, let alone noticed someone stealing a guest's car. If he's the hotel's idea of safety, guests are better off bringing a guard dog.Given that the hotel has a surveillance system and key card access, I would have expected the staff to investigate and take proactive steps to address the situation. Yet, they seemed either unwilling or unmotivated to help. The staff's dismissive attitude, combined with the security guard's negligent behavior, led me to suspect a possible internal issue or, at the very least, a serious lack of care on the part of the management.Ultimately, this experience highlighted a significant security problem at this hotel and a deeply concerning lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff. I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel to reconsider, as it does not provide a safe environment for its guests. The management's failure to respond adequately to this incident speaks volumes about their priorities, and unfortunately, guest safety does not seem to be one of them.
