Awful. If its for catering I do not know. For schools please do not work with them. The food is prepackaged like a Swanson meal and the nutritional aspect is as bad as fast food. The salt content is unbelievable. All their products are made from bioengineered foods. They are supposed to be healthy and are not at all. Some of the people who work for them are professionals. NOT ALL OF THEM. I hope no other schools affiliates themselves with DIWA.

I was able to order from Dow's Kitchen through the Office Express\Foodja from work. What a delicious lunch! I ordered the Puebla Bowl with chicken and there's plenty left for a second meal. Very fresh tasting ingredients and beautifully combined flavors. I inhaled most of it and no one wants to see that aftermath. :) Looking forward to trying this little gem again!
