DFW Boat Ride

Took this tour on Rockwall lake for my mother's birthday. We enjoyed ourselves. We were allowed to BYOB and BYOFood. The music was inclusive of everyone and all genres.

As advertised. We would absolutely do it again! My husband chose the Sunset Cruise to celebrate Father's Day! It was beautiful! Lots of laughs and dancing. The waves and fresh air off the lake was relaxing. Staff is friendly!. Retail by the harbor makes for awful parking. Give yourself enough time to find parking and get to the port.

Came here for my friend's birthday and had an amazing time. The staff here was very friendly and welcoming. We sat at the top of the Sapphire Moon boat and it was a beautiful view of the sunset. You can bring your own food and drinks. This is perfect for small gatherings and strongly recommend this company.

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday and we were welcomed with hospitality and a great attitude. You reserve your tickets online and you have to fill out a waiver; make sure to give yourself ample time to get there, as they will not wait for you. The captain is nice but stringent with his rules, as should be, for the passengers safety. So make sure to follow all rules and everything will run smoothly. You're allowed to bring a cooler with beers, wine, I chose to bring hard seltzer's. You can also bring food in a picnic style, they do provide complimentary drinks as well. The boat ride was smooth without any turbulence and they tell you a few fun facts about the lake(s) in Texas, which I found interesting. As soon as the sun was coming down we went up to the deck to admire it. Made for gorgeous pictures or selfies, it was a bit windy up there though. Once it got dark we went back down for some more music and a bit of dancing. I really liked how they gave birthday shout-outs to those celebrating.This was such a special and fun experience. Looking forward to coming back for any occasion.

I surprised my partner with a ticket to the Sapphire Moon - Starlight boat ride through the DFW Boat Ride company. I heard about them through a friend who went on a date on their Harbor Lights - Sunset cruise and wasn't disappointed. The starlight cruise is a one hour ride from 9:15pm-10:15pm. We really enjoyed how all passengers had to be +18 in order to partake. I feel like it made the experience more intimate as most people on the boat with coupled up. The starlight cruise had two stories to which they served juice and soft drinks for free. I liked the idea of the BYOB and BYO(Food). However, there wasn't much table space on the top deck so I'm glad we ate before. The couches were super comfy and whilst there were couples around, you still felt secluded. Since the starlight cruise is only one hour, it cost $27 per person which I felt was rather reasonable. The other cruises are 1.5hours and cost $10 more per ticket ($37). We plan on coming back in the future to try out the other cruises. I definitely recommend DFW Boat Ride services to anyone, whether you plan to come alone, bring a partner, or come with a group of friends!

We came here for an bridal shower right before my wedding. I have to say that this will now become the go to way to celebrate all our family functions! Captains Michael and Greta were absolute incredible. They really welcomed us on board with such open arms, that this already felt like home. I really wish Yelp would allow me to give them more than 5 stars.Before we even came to our cruise, we already experienced so much of their care and consideration. The weather had been forecasted to be awful the week of my wedding, and especially the day we booked the cruise. When we called them to ask about their rain friendly options, they were extremely generous. The assured us to not worry and they would keep another boat (their larger covered one) as a backup in case the rain would get worse. When we called them a day later to ask if we could change the date to one where the weather wasn't as bad, they enthusiastically said no problem and accommodated our request.Since we were doing a cruise for my bridal shower, we went with a "Last Sail Before the Veil" theme. Greta not only volunteered to hang up a banner for us, she took painstaking efforts to make it perfect. The banner had these extra attachments to connect letters. She spent considerable time taping each letter individually and cutting the extra pieces so that the banner looked extremely elegant.They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience in the cruise. Michael and Greta spent plenty of time making sure we had the perfect photos for our memories. They even pointed out water bottles on a table and suggested we move them so they wouldn't show up in our photos. One thing I really do have to highlight is how much they care about safety, while making sure everyone has a great time. They were extremely considerate about COVID and making sure our family was comfortable. They also advocated for any other potential safety issues well.All in all, I would highly recommend this boat cruise. It's the kind of function we will think about fondly for years. I am sure that as soon as you get on board, you'll already want to start making plans for the next one.

Bought this for my parents as a Christmas gift and they said they really enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend for people who enjoy being on the water and want something relaxing to do for a little while, my dad got some great photos of the sunset.

Had an awesome time Saw the sunset while sailing with Caribbean and Spanish Music playing in the background The cool breeze blew against our faces As we sat on top deck ...It could not get any better We drank coolers while singing and even danced a bit To the cha cha slide What a beautiful ride coming in with the party lights on the boat and the lights from the lighthouse and surrounding restaurants . The sound of the waves while approaching the lighthouse echoed peace and serenity...I have to return real soon ...The crew were accommodating Even taking song request Awesome time Loved it!

This was such a fun experience. The timing was just right for the current sunset and it was a beautiful view out on the water. The ride was great!! We were celebrating our anniversary as were a few other couples and a few birthdays on board as well. It was such a fun time and the whole boat seemed to having a great time. Would 100% purchase again.
