What a Gem of an Event Center with the most convenient and spacious parking in DFW. Very easy access through two major highways of Dallas makes it very easy to reach for guests.The service and pricing is the best in the area with amazing high quality of professionalism.

The event hall was very beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Tabitha and team. Would recommend this to everyone.

Naheed is a horrible organizer. She acts very nice and trustworthy upfront. Come the event day no organization and full of lies. We ordered food for 150 ppl and got cheated. At the event guest were left without food while we only had 140 ppl attend. She is nothing but a cheat and a liar. She is in denial and will not accept her fault. How embarrassing is it to hold an event and have people leave without having food. Horrible organization, untrustworthy and simply an extremely manipulative human being. Would not recommend for any occasions.

Horrible customer services, attended an event at this location and arrived early to help the host, will there the women in charge was giving everyone a hard time. The dj could not connect his equipment because due to electricity problems they only had and one plug available and a lot of extension cords from that one plug. Dj was not allowed to connect the screen because safety hazard. Second while helping out drink in there fridge the was barely washing silverware that had been sitting there for weeks he mention, simply disgusted. We had our own plastic silverware. Third when the kids started dancing they had long balloons that were touching the sucking chandeliers and manager kept pushing the teens because there balloons were too long. like a weight less ballon could do any harm chandelier. Who ever this lady manger is she kept getting in front of the photographer ruining every special moment take could have been capture. Never have I seen such horrible services.
