This is a large area to transform this room for your need. There is plenty of free parking. The bathroom could use an update. The outside patio area could use some creativity.

Excellent experience. We rented this facility for an event in April 2019. It was a Saturday night event, and the pricing was very competitive for large venues. We were expecting ~200 people, and ended up with around 175. It could have easily accommodated 250 - maybe more.Everyone I was worked with was professional, courteous, and hard-working. The process was easy on my end, and we got back our $200 damage deposit very promptly.They allow alcohol and that process was easy, too (using TABC-licensed bartenders). The caterer had the necessary food serving permit (or whatever it was called), so that was also easy on my end.There was plenty of parking - although I did note that folks were using the parking lot for an event across the street. On that note, the event across the street was LOUD (outdoor rock concert / festival), and we could hear it in the Civic Center. Most of the time our noise (the general noise of our crowd) was loud enough that we didn't hear our rockin neighbors - but there was a time when our event was quiet (a somber portion of our ceremony), and the bass from next door was very audible in the Civic Center. This was not a big deal to us, but heads up.I would use this place again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
