Delaney's Irish Pub

Overall a great dinner experience. The place was warm and inviting as you would expect an "Irish Pub" to be. Plenty of big screen TVs for the sports fans. Our server was prompt, attentive and friendly. We had the pub nachos, garlic parm wings, shepherds pie, and Addy's Strawberry Shortcake which were all excellent.....except the nachos were a little over cooked. The only other negative is that they don't offer sweet tea. :-( Cmon, this IS Texas. LOL We will be returning soon.

My husband and I came last year and enjoyed ourselves. We came again with our family of 4 today...so disappointing. Upon first arriving, It took 20 minutes to get my husbands bottled beer...it was the wrong beer.Our waitress took our order and my 5 year old sons wings came out wrong. (I had ordered 10 pieces half lemon pepper/half plain with Buffalo sauce). We were told to remake would take time but we agreed not knowing that 30 + minutes would go by to receive the 5 wings with no time update...Nothing else was offered for him...(no fries or other thing to snack on) so I had to make him eat the lemon wings he didn't like. There also was no discount offered for the mistake on their part. Table was unattended many times, the hostess had to get our waitress and silverware...I would never recommend taking a family here...

Our neighborhood bar. Took my girl for some happy hour darts on Friday. The place always has a friendly vibe and is bigger than it looks from the outside. At 5 pm the place was slow but by 7 pm it was pretty full. We had the nachos and the lettuce wraps and they were definitely on point. Isabella made sure our drinks were good and she was awesome. Playing dartswas fun but bring your own darts. We love coming here!!!

Saddened to say portions are getting smaller, and our favorite lemon pepper jumbo wings lacked seasoning and flavor.

Tried Delaneys last night. It is definitely a hidden gem the locals know about. Lots of TVs to watch any sporting event going. It became completely full very quickly on a Thursday evening. A great feel and vibe overall. I was a little concerned we waited in our booth for at least 15 minutes before getting spoken to. Finally someone came and then it was great service. I got a peach champagne drink which was delicious!! Then I got the sliders which were so so good! They had beer queso on them and a potato bun. Yum! The sweet potato fries were delicious without the cinnamon sugar. Shepherds Pie was so good as well! Will be back very soon!

I ordered the fish and chips! It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best I've ever had either! The breading fell off the fish and you should be able to eat fish with your hands and not a fork! The taste was just okay. The potatoes were really good but to much salt! I ordered through DoorDash so I can't attest to their service or their ambiance.

I'm have no idea why so many people like this it was horrible and disgusting and my family will never forgive me for taking them there. Bland, greasy, what a disappointment. We had fish and chips, patty melt and French dip all which we will not soon forget for the wrong reasons.

Delaneys is our go to in McKinney! The staff is AMAZING and the food is delicious! Highly recommend for watching All sports!

We came in for a date night to play darts and got some fish and chips and bread pudding our waitress Bella was great and took great care of us

Awesome experience here. Great vibe and energy. We were surprised by the "Scratch Kitchen" part of this establishment. Their menu goes way beyond Irish fare. Wings (AWESOME) burgers, Pub Nachos (amazing), sandwiches and of course Irish staples. Highly Recommend !!!
