Deep Cuts

Hard to find a real butcher shop these days, but this one is the real deal. The quality is incredible!! They make their own sausage. They have a maple one and a blueberry one we stock up on! They sell quick so we get when we can. They are frozen but they have plenty of fresh. A good variety of spices offered.

Great service and top quality meats. Love that they are a small local business who take pride in their store and specially curate the products in store. We've been coming here for a couple years now and I think you can really taste the difference in their products vs what you get at your grocery store. They have different types of sausages - really fun and tasty to try them all. I like buying my eggs here and they make their own sauces. Look for the Fresno chilli sauce - delicious!

This butcher shop is awesome, tucked in the Dallas neighborhood I grew up in. They are on the pricy side but worth it. They have everything that someone following the "animal based" diet would need-grass fed beef and organs and so many other great things! I wish we had this place in OK. I brought my husband by to check this place out on our way back to OK and grabbed a Philly cheesesteak for the road that was super delicious! The people that work there are knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Heads down the best local meat shop in the area! We love going here and getting cuts of steak for our nice steak nights or if we know we are hosting events where we need a good quality meat- this is our go to place. The employees have always been professional and knowledgeable with their products and very helpful. They also have a frozen section where you can also purchase items that are ready to go (just frozen). Our favorite is the blueberry breakfast sausage patties. They always end up selling out - but they are so good !!

The second that I went in I had a chance to look around and I wasn't pressured or rushed. The man in charge who helped me, who's name escapes me at the moment, (sorry brother), was the most warm and knowledgeable person and made me feel like I knew him for years and I had just met the guy! The store had EXACTLY what I needed after looking all over DFW for it, (SKIN-ON pork belly), and having drove from Ft. Worth to this place on the suggestion of a friend and of course good old Yelp here.If you are looking for some of the most bespoke cuts of meat and supplies for high-end and modernist type cooking, this is the #1 place to go. And the kicker.... its afforable!!!

Mixed on this. Big on supporting a local business. But post COVID and after the best of Dallas reviews, it's gotten really expensive. Example: a center cut choice filet is 45.99/lb now. Central market charges 42.99 for Prime. Explanation of an up charge for center cut being a chateaubriand doesn't pass muster. A center cut filet is not a "petite roast". Just don't like being talked down to to justify high prices when I'm an educated consumer. Perhaps the aged selections are worth it, cases look nice for that. For now though, I can butcher my own tenderloin for less, and get better value at Central Market for the service of having them cut it. It's a shame because I've liked this place, but even as a high earner I have to rethink everything now that it's Biden's economy.

Great place for unique gourmet meats, sausage, and supplies. Picked up some duck fat refried beans for Cinco de Mayo and a variety of sausages for the grill. Pro Tip: try the Currywurst...

Super excited to have access to local meats and ingredients. Have purchased everything from pasta to rabbit to spice mixes to refried beans that are an old family recipe. Love this place. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I'm confident this will be a regular grocery stop for us.
