This supposed to be cornbread dressing! WTH
So called chicken fingers, vegetable tray, catfish, pasta dish, meatballs, and mutant chicken wings in the TRASH
Salty and undercooked broccoli rice dish and can dumped green beans
The pic does not accurately represent the GIANT MUTANT wings!
Dry macaroni, just so sad.
Turkey at the bottom was fine but the gunk on top was horrible.
This was supposed to be my vegetable tray! See the meatballs in the back on a wooden board instead of a chafing dish? Undercooked and cold

THE WORST CATERING SERVICEIt pains me to write the following review because the business is black-owned and the chef's sister who assisted with the breakfast was wonderful. This was my first time hosting for my family that came in from Arkansas and Tennessee. I contracted with Chef DC to cater Christmas Eve breakfast, Christmas Eve cocktail party food, and Christmas Day dinner for 22 individuals. The cost of the service was $2,091.91 (included a significant gratuity charge). Chef DC never apologized for his epic failure to deliver the food I contracted for on Christmas Eve. I only requested a $300 refund so that he could pay his crew but I should have received a complete refund without asking. I did not bother to inform him of the disgusting food he provided on Christmas day. The Olive Garden and Dickey's BBQ saved our holiday celebration. Please see my review below.CHRISTMAS EVE PARTY FOODS -Epic FailI contracted for the following 12 items: Ricotta pizza roll, Grape jelly meatballs, Barbequed chicken drumettes, Sub sandwiches, Mini catfish sandwiches, Honey glazed chicken fingers, DC's hot wings, Vegetable and chicken egg rolls, Assorted meat and cheese pinwheels, Spinach bacon artichoke dip w/chips, DC's deviled eggs, and Vegetable tray w/dressing. Items were selected from the catering menu on Chef DC's website. I DID NOT receive any of these items.Pros:1. See trash can pics - Food was trash and was trashed.2. Instead of a vegetable tray, the chef provided pieces of cut mozzarella cheese with olives on top with toothpicks stuck in them - See pics UNACCEPTABLE3. Instead of BBQ drumettes and hot wings, the chef provided once again uncut mutated giant chicken wings served a wooden board with hot sauce poured on them. There weren't any drumettes - see pics4. Instead of grape jelly meatballs, the chef provided undercooked meatballs on a wooden board and drizzled BBQ sauce on the meatballs. Meatballs were cold and inedible - see pics5. Instead of hone glazed chicken fingers we were served undercooked regular chicken tenders that were unidentifiable and catfish pieces that had gone bad - see pic of trash6. Only received one kind of egg roll that were huge and not party size and cold.7. Instead of the artichoke dip, chef served Rotel nacho dip. I had told him in a previous conversation that I did not need him to provide this because my family likes how I make it. He served it anyway and I had to provide the ground beef and ground pork sausage that I had bought!!! He was going to serve it without meat. I also had to provide the types of chips that my family likes: Doritos, Scoops and Tortilla chips.8. NO deviled eggs, NO grape jelly meatballs, NO pizza rolls, NO sub sandwiches, NO mini catfish sandwiches, NO honey glazed check fingers, NO BBQ drumettes, NO DC's hot wings, NO meat and cheese pinwheels, NO artichoke dip, and NO vegetable tray and one kind of egg roll9. He brought a cold pasta dish (spaghetti or angel hair pasta) served on a wooden board and a rum cake that I told him NOT TO BRING because we had an Italian feast the night before and we DO NOT eat rum cake and that I had other desserts!!!CHRISTMAS DAY DINNER -Epic FailPros: Served in chafing dishes1. Sliced turkey breast was good - had to get slices underneath the top layer because of a chunky gravy on top layer2. Yams were goodCons: The food went in the garbage disposal and trash can - See video1. Dressing - If that is what you call it was orange color and had to be scraped out of the serving spoon. The WORST tasking dressing ever.2. Greens - Inedible due to the massive amount of salt used. It is obvious that the chef did not taste this food.3. Green beans - Because he had forgotten them on the first delivery he dumped a can of beans in a serving dish without seasoning the green beans.4. Broccoli Rice Casserole - Because he had forgotten them on the first delivery he had to rush cooked this item. The dish was water, rice was undercooked (crunchy), full size pieces of broccoli instead of bite sized, and solid pieces of Velveeta cheese throughout the dish instead of melted throughout and it was oversalted.5. Macaroni and Cheese - It was extremely dry, not creamy or cheesy at all. It went down the garbage disposal.6. Dinner Rolls - were supposed to be homemade but instead he provided Hawaiian Rolls7. Once again he provided us with an entire pan of baked mutated chicken wings with feathers still on them. No one touched them! I did not contract for these and they were trashed.CHRISTMAS EVE BREAKFAST - Chicken and Waffles and an All-American BreakfastPros:1. Grits were cooked to perfection (cooked by the sister Tutti)2. Best waffles my family and I have ever had, absolutely delicious (cooked by the sister Tutti)3. Bacon and sausage perfectly cooked (cooked by the sister Tutti)4. Eggs were delicious5. Breakfast potatoes melt in your mouth delicious Cons:1. Chef DC DID NOT provide the contracted fruit tray
