Great place for baseball players. Terrible place if you're a mask bully or "Karen."Ignore the bad reviews, clearly written by losers with no actual interest in baseball training.

Most people inside don't wear a mask even though they have a sign on the door that is required at all times .

So as an English "mom" trying to get your daughter help who decided that she wants to do softball when all you know is football or soccer as it's known here..I figured let's go check out this place.. Smart move mom (patting myself on the back) walked in we met a guy introduced himself, Mr Chance, he was brilliant with everything and I mean everything, you know those rare people who help you understand how and what you actually need when you don't even know what help you need without making you feel like a 'Duh' . He went above and beyond without being pushy and it turns out he was the Assistant GM. What a Gem! Set up practice, showed us moveMy daughter had her game today, hit 3 homeruns.. see I even know what those are now.. Thank you Chance... we coming back for sure!

I took my boys here are was very impressed. It seems like batting cages were more prevalent when I was a kid so I was happy to find one. The facility is very large by kind of off the beaten path. You would never just stumble upon this place. Inside you will find a dozen or so cages, half with machines and half you can rent to throw live BP or practice pitching. The machine setup is nice. All cages have baseball and softball (fast or slow) and all have adjustable speeds. 40, 50, 60 or 70 mph. You just swipe a card and pick your speed. I think you get 15 pitches for one credit and credit runs anywhere from a $1.50 to $1 depending on how many you buy.

I had a session with Jason today and it was wonderful. Love the game but when I was little (many years ago) there was not softball for girls. I wanted to cross hitting a baseball off my bucket list. The price on the internet was $ 55.00 dollars for a session. I thought that was fair because I wanted to accomplish this even if I'm a senior. Jason was wonderful to me.My only and biggest complaint is the pricing. I was fully prepared to pay the $ 55 for the half hour when I booked the online appointment. When I arrived today, I was told it was $60.00. Not a big difference but you should have honored the price on the web site. I told the young man about the pricing difference but my complaints fell on deaf ears. I feel this is wrong and cheated. I would give Jason a 5 star rating but your customer service one star.Update 3/31/24. D Bat has done the right thing and refunded the 5 dollars to my credit card

Level of service has been going down hill the last few years. Only have 3 automated pitching machines now and most of the time they are not accurate. Hopefully they invest in some new pitching machines shortly.

Overall this place is good. Customer seri cue is good, it's clean and the kids love it. My only complaint would be to maintain the machines more often.

So disappointed in D-Bat Allen. Recently management made a CHANGE and decided their employees no longer need to wear a mask and protect their customers. I've never blamed D-Bat when customers inside take the liberty to remove their masks and risk others. However, their manager stood there and told me that he wasn't wearing one because they can't control what happens in the back. I WAS ASKING WHY HE WASN'T WEARING ONE. Also, note I saw 10 people walk through the door, ALL WEARING MASK. Clearly this business is only catering to folks who believe Covid is a hoax. So sad! My son loves this place and we have been loyal customers. Wish everyone could just do their part!

Not a good place if you play softball. None of the tunnels are set up for pitchong because they all have mounds. Now only have the machines that even throw softballs. One machine keeps having the balls get stuck in the tube to shoot out 2 at one time. They are also not collaborated correctly. If i stand correctly in the box I will get hit on every pitch.
