We are so glad that Tom and all his people are back in business!! We absolutely enjoyed the sticky bun - we had forgotten how big and wonderful they were!!!!We had eggs Benedict with perfect hash browns and also a fluffy pancake. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Food was served quickly and hot.We liked the new restaurant too.

Our family was thrilled at the reopening of Crossroads Diner! We went to N Dallas location nearly weekly for breakfast. The food is delicious & great service from the staff. There are plenty of options on the menu. Frittatas & omelettes are excellent. My personal favorite are the pancakes. They are perfection! My one recommendation is to bring back the kids' menu like they had at the other location. We ordered a la carte items for them & they really enjoyed the food!We will return for weekend breakfasts!

Yikes - dining here was expensive, average food, and horribly noisy space. I've been dining out every weekend for brunch for the last year. Crossroads Diner ranks the worst in 2025 and on the low end of restaurants in DFW in general. So many opportunities - chain breakfast joints and complimentary hotel breakfast bars are better options. First the good - the staff was wonderful. Everyone seemed friendly and helpful. But that's where the positive ended Over $70 for two (with tip) for breakfast. About $20-30 higher than other breakfast joints in town. For poor food quality, this price was the most expensive breakfast I've had in a long time. Coffee - good but hard to get refills. Most places keep your cup filled. Here you have to constantly ask for a warm up. Hash browns - asked for extra crispy but they were soggy and flavorless in a pool of butter/oil. Adding salt and pepper helped but they were just bad. Biscuits came without gravy (so there was an extra fee for that). The biscuits were not flaky but doughy - undercooked. To have to then pay extra for gravy with next to no flavor was a waste of money. Sausage Patty - chunks of chewy fatty pieces throughout, super greasy, and flavorless. The bacon looked much better, but small portion size. Scrambled Egg - I know there's an egg shortage but the portion size was very small. And again, no flavor.Service was great but when the food is some of the most average in DFW, unless they change recipes I won't be going back. Huge disappointment.

Heard that they had reopened in new location. Went on Sunday morning around 11 and had less than a 30 minute wait. although the restaurant seems smaller, the noise level was low enough to be able to have conversation. food and service was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Was so excited to hear you are back in business . Let me start with the good . The place is much smaller but looks very nice. Staff was friendly. Service was pretty good for newly opened restaurant. Food: the good . Sticky bun delicious as before . Vitality eggs were very good. The power bowl was good but chef forget to put bacon in it so had to wait for fresh made one. The grits recipe has been changed. Used to be creamy and was told at the original location they had a little chicken broth added . Grits were very dark , thick, and I was so disappointed. Grits were my favorite thing before . Biscuits were pale no flavor and kind of doughy in center. Sausage patties had a very strange flavor. Chef said sage and black pepper . Sage is delicious so must be the meat. Skillet breakfast not served in a skillet ok.. eggs were cooked nicely but the potatoes , bacon underdone and tomato a few tiny pieces. Said cheddar cheese . I was expecting yellow cheddar grated over the top or throughout. Instead it was a lot of white melted cheese all over the eggs . Too much cheese . Burger and fries looked delicious. But adding cheese and bacon made for a very pricy burger . So per person with ice tea $26. Plus tip. It hasn't been opened long so I am sure food will improve . Every table was full at 12:30. I have to be honest chef . Biscuits and grits have got to improve . Good luck . I want you to make it .

We have missed them. And they haven't lost a beat from 5 years ago. Ordinary food prepared extraordinarily well. Cost $1-2 more than other places. But it is spent on fantastic ingredients that make the difference. Turns out it takes a chef to make a better breakfast.

We've been waiting forever for this place to open and it was packed. Super clean. Smelled good. Good waiter. Their signature homemade caramel pecan cinnamon roll ($9) lived up to the hype. It was larger than the ($5) cappuccino. However, the second cinnamon to go looked like a third cousin. Not near the sauce or size. The coffee was a dark roast and Bobby wasn't a huge fan. The parfait ($9) was runny and mixed fresh fruit with canned fruit. The atmosphere was chaotic and lound plus the table rocked. Clearly people tried to fix it before with sugar packs and a sign holder. When I went to the ladies room it was spotless but low on TP. Plus someone had left a necklace on the sink. A waitress was fixing her hair so I let her know about the TP and asked her if the necklace was hers She replied NO and left. I picked up the necklace and took it to the front desk. Will we go back, probably and try the lunch.

It's back and better than ever, at least that's what a lot other reviews said. If this wasn't a reopen of an existing restaurant, I'd say there's some slack to be given. There's a few things to take in when going to this establishment. Food ordered: 1. Corn beef hash and eggs. 2. Breakfast tostada. 3. Crossroads breakfast with sausage, grits and toast. The good: Coffee was good, refills are scarce. Flag down for a refill. Eggs were cooked as ordered. But, it's eggs from a breakfast first establishment. The Meh:Pancakes were average, nothing note worthy. Corned beef was lackluster with bland hash-brown potatoes mixed in. Atmosphere is open, well lit, but bland. Toast, yep, it's toast. The bad:No kids menu at all. Grits were dark, greasy and weird taste. Service was bad, unknowledgeable of the menu as well no awareness of the issues we had with the food nor that we didn't have the food because it was sent back. Sausage patties were undercooked and raw inside. They were taken back and recooked the sliced up patties. Once cooked, the flavor was absolutely awful. We were not sure what had happened, needless to say they were inedible. I've never spit out food before and still can't get the taste out of my mouth as I write this. Overall we were excited to see this place reopen, though severely let down by its return. There's a lot to improve upon, but unfortunately I don't think we will be back to see if it happens.

Adorable diner. We came on opening weekend around 1:20, which was cutting it close since they stop seating at 1:30 (close at 2:00). They were out of the famous sticky buns so we know to come earlier in the day for those. Our group tried the corned beef hash, chicken fried steak and eggs and breakfast skillet (which is not served in a skillet - kind of odd). The food came out reasonably fast and was hot and delicious. Each of these entrees came with a short stack of pancakes which were delish. They have a cute coffee bar area that also serves a few breakfast libations. Even though we arrived late into service we didn't feel rushed at all. A very pleasant experience and I look forward to going back and trying the lunch menu.
