Crossbuck BBQ

We came to this place after they catered a friend's birthday party, What a hidden gem. The brisket and turkey was delicious. We had the twice baked potato at the catering event but they only had twisted potatoes at the restaurant, Everting was delicious. The vibe is a causal setting in a small strip mall. We wi definitely come back and keep them in mind to cater in the future as well.

Second visit here. The beef ribs were good but a little dryer than previous visit. The beef broth was a little sweet but nice. The spicy bbq sauce is excellent. Roasted potatoes were good as were the mixed vegetables. I like the ambience and the St Louis trained pork ribs.

The food was fantastic, highly recommend this place! The hominy side was really unique and flavorful.

We went in for lunch, right around noon and the place was empty. If this was a movie, that would have been foreshadowing.The servers were nice, the restaurant was clean, and the Macaroni and cheese was creamy...I didn't say good, but it was creamy. Thats the only good thing I have to say. The brisket was dry and salty with no smoke flavor. The sausage was just ok. And my bread was hard, and not intentionally.My friend didn't like her coleslaw concoction, which she stated tasted a little old. Clean.Friendly.+ Rolls were light and fluffy, Mac and cheese was delightful, pork ribs were good, pit master vegetables were good.- the brisket was mostly fat, the burnt ends were dry and over cooked, I wish the ribs came naked and then you could add as much sauce as you want.

Friendly, tasty, down home Texas country bbq place. Love the chill TX themed interior and they play good country music. Service is at the counter which is great - definitely my preference. No need for waiters. Friendly frontline team. They need to advertise more to local businesses so they can get more folks in there for happy hour / dinner! It was maybe 30% occupied when I was there on a Wednesday after work. They had $3 margaritas.... Not sure if that is every day or just Wednesdays. The food was so good I ate it all before I got a pic, so took pics of the interior instead.

The place is great experience. Stand in line to go or great dining area vibvibe. The brisket is off the charts good, and my ribs didn't make it home so good too!

We have eaten here and taken out more times than I can count. The food, service, atmosphere, and friendliness are all consistently amazing! We equally love sitting out on the patio on a nice day or watching games inside on the TVs on a cold one. We recently hosted a corporate function at our house and had Crossbuck cater. Not only was the food and dessert as amazing as always, but they delivered, set everything up, and provided everything we needed. Everyone raved about the food...from the burnt ends and brisket to the salmon and desserts. Because it was such a hit with our guests and the entire process (from ordering to serving) was so easy and stress free, we immediately scheduled Crossbuck for a similar event we were hosting two weeks later. 100000% recommend Crossbuck for lunch, dinner or catering!!

I keep reading that these are fake reviews?? No, the food is average. Burnt ends were bad! Stringy, over cooked and marinade took away from smokey flavor. Go compare yours to say...Good Union at State farm and there is no comparison. I'm sorry, but I've tried you three times and wondered why I came back. Please change some techniques, The place looks great, friendly people..etc. But for the money...I walked out kinda disgruntled.

We got 2 meat plate with 3 sides. The brisket was tender and juicy, the pulled pork was in a sweet sauce. The baked beans were salty, not sweet, and the mac in cheese was a white base, and honestly lacked favor. We also tried the miso coleslaw, it was different but good. Overall I was not impressed with the sauces in flavor nor variety. The roll that came with the meal was soft and fresh though. The lady at the counter was helpful. The place was pretty empty, especially for a Saturday. Overall everything was OK but nothing was great.
