Cravens Park

The park itself is great has trails, basketball, tennis , baseball areas but it can be scary going alone. There's a group that meets here Monday , Wednesday and Friday mornings for camp gladiator. It's pretty amazing and intense if your looking for a group to workout with come join us. There's lots of parking , police patrol as well but I still wouldn't come walk alone . And if you come to the park don't leave your purse exposed don't want to temp the bad people. All of us peeps that workout with CG no longer carry our purses or wallets just our DL for several theft happening all over us. There's clean restrooms as well and you see the maintenance people there in the mornings too . And older couples walking together.

This is a really great park. There is a trail, tennis courts, a playground, and baseball fields. The park is well kept up with and is never too packed with people here. It's pretty quiet and relaxing as well.

Nice park, good walking trail. It was quiet and nice place to walk my dog. I think a little more shade would be good.

i have spent a lot of time at the volleyball courts this summer. and yes i will admit the sand does need to be tilled from time to time..but i have also played on days where the city just came out and tilled the sand. and either way..we play great volleyball. my family loves it here..we stay as late as midnight playing some nights and never had a problem..with not feeling safe..i know i'm going to be a bad bad parent admitting to this but i have even kept my son and niece out there playing in the sand while we play volleyball until midnight and never feared for their safety. love this park

Nice little park with a lot of baseball fields to reserve. There are also free first come first serve tennis courts available and basketball courts.

This is a nice park. There are two playgrounds; one for older kids..the other for smaller children. Benches and tables are around the perimeter of the playground for those parents that like to sit; you can always keep a good eye on your kid. Swings for big kids are high so you don't bump your feet to much on the ground. Just enough for a toe kick to get air! Lots of mature trees to provide shade. There is also a well kept basketball court and tennis courts. As well as a good walking or bike trail.Great park!Has 3 entrances.
