I had a great time at COSM watching the premiere league soccer game. I'm not big on sports but as a design enthusiast, this place is killer! The exterior facade has an large entrance reminiscent of a sports stadium. The programming of the space is multi floored making it a bit of a maze but what's cool are the different screening areas where you can view the game. Everyone will want to watch in front of the dome to have the real-life experience, but the other lounge areas are just as nice. We ordered some food and drinks and everything good. Our waiter was great and the staff was all attentive. Best of all, the bathrooms were clean! I'd come back, and maybe book for reserved seating just for kicks.

BEWARE. You may not see your event and no refund or partial compensation. After sitting on this a while, thought I'd give others a heads up. Been twice. First time was a good experience. The Dome really is cool and even their other tv areas are nice. But second time was for NASCAR... Let's just say Cosm's greed comes very close to a scam. There was a rain delay. Not a problem. The venue had no problem selling drinks and food during the delay. But they had 3 events scheduled for the day. On their site, they advertise that you may not see the beginning of your game and if that happens you will be granted a coupon for future use. They don't tell you they can just end your event early with no compensation at all. When our waiter asked if we wanted more drinks, I asked, what about the next event. He responded, 'yeah, they're gonna put this on downstairs on the smaller tvs if you want to watch but it won't be on the dome.'Delays happen with live sports. Maybe not be so greedy as to try to show every event. With the way the waiters tried to keep selling concessions knowing they were turning off our event, it just rubbed me the wrong way. Not sure I'll be coming back until Cosm is more forthcoming with their policies and not hide behind the small print of their terms and conditions.

BUYER BEWAREThis was our first and last visit to this place. The screen cannot be fully viewed from any of the GA seats. The Manager confirmed this but was not willing to return our money so basically we sat on a Couch and there was no Shared Reality as stated on the website, basically 25usd per person to watch large screens.

(Trying to gain my lite status back). This review is for January 7th. The food at this place was really good to say the least. The wings were flavorful and crispy how I enjoy. The staff was also quite attentive. The atmosphere still felt very intimate while also still giving you the energy you need when witnessing a game. I reserved a section on the third level, I'd definitely spend the money to return and experience level 2 and 3 again. I'm shocked they only have two locations in the US currently.

I found this place, not knowing what to expect. I like technology and I was hoping this place was like a 34D theater or the Sphere in Vegas. I purchased tickets to the Cirque du Soleil O show. There is free parking available in the garage adjacent to the venue. I must say that I was severely disappointed. The place is pretty trendy and neat but has a very poor design. You can purchase tickets for tables at the front, right up on the screen. There is also high-top seating behind those seats and under a overhang of the balcony. Then there is lounge seating behind that. There is also balcony seating, but I did not go up there, as I purchased the high-top seats. There are really no good seats here. The front. seats are too close. The high-tops seat's view is obstructed by the balcony and the lounge seating in the back's view is obstructed by the high top seating and the balcony.I also did not like that the theater was not dark. The light from the outside was all throughout the theater. They really need some type of curtain system or something to block the light. The show O was very boring and odd. My kids wanted to leave after only 10 minutes of the show. We did end up leaving 10 minutes early. I would have expected the picture quality to be better and at over $40 per seat I would have expected a much better picture quality. It was not as clear as I expected in certain sections of the screen. The venue has a full bar and offer light food such as burgers, grilled cheese, wings, chips and dip, nachos, wedge salads, and flatbread pizzas. They offer table service and my server was very friendly. I got some popcorn for the littles and a spicy pepperoni flatbread for me. They liked the popcorn, but it was not your typical movie theater popcorn. It came in a ceramic bowl. My kids did like it though. My flatbread was delicious. I really liked.Maybe this place is better as a private event venue. It looks really nice and is definitely set up for that. Anyway, as a movie or sporting event watching venue this really misses the mark. I did not find anything special about this place when watching an event. I was not very impressed, especially given the cost for a seat. I will definitely not be back and cannot recommend this place in good faith.

The service here is less than subpar, sadly. Had to ask for waters 4 times...never did get refills. We ordered flatbread and never received it...we asked our waitress about it, 30 minutes later, and she had to put the order in "again". Once we finally received our order, we still didn't get the ranch we asked for and had to ask again. Our glasses are clearly empty (cocktails & water) and no one is offering new drinks or refills. On a positive note, the food actually tastes good. Fries - a little sweet and savoryMasa brisket fries - pretty good! The "fries" kinda taste like churros. Lemon pepper wings - legitPepperoni flatbread - heavy on the honey, but tasty. Big D Margarita - average...wouldn't pay $21 for another one Pineapple Rum Noir - this one was good and pretty strong Tequila Old Fashioned - strong and good We got GA tickets and there are plenty of seats, however they do not have a good view. Definitely pay for the better seats if you want to see the immersive screen. All-in-all, I'm not overly impressed tbh.

The immersive experience is definitely something I think everyone should try. I think everyone thinks the 1st and 2nd floor are better since the cost is higher but the view in my opinion is just too close. I like the view and even more the price of the 3rd ($50 pp). I would also suggest not paying for the booths because the tables are extremely small. I experienced an NFL and NBA game and it is pretty cool. The general tickets can also be a good time when it's a good match up happening. Now the food is an outright disappointment. The mass fries and brisket nachos are good BUT the food is always cold/lukewarm and that sucks.Update: tried the ahi tuna nachos and they were really good! Had a nice kick to it as well so if you like spicy then this dish is for you!

Overall experience, i will stick with general admission from now on. The reserved seating is not anywhere near worth the cost of the tickets. We bought reserved seats to a chiefs game back in September located on the 3rd level "dome" section for about $120 per person. When we arrived the line to get in was just as long and moving at the same speed as the GA ticket line, i would expect for a premium price that you would get early entry or something. Once we got to our seats it was obvious that most of our view would be obstructed by the people in front of us.After we talked to some people around us, they told us for $20 you can get general admission tickets and that was what they did. They helped show us all the GA seating which actually all had better views of the game than the overpriced reserved seating that we purchased. Additionally, the GA seating had a full table where our reserved seats only had a very small pedestal to set things on. At best we could fit one plate of food and 1 drink on it and we were expected to share it with the seats next to us.As for the good, the staff was very attentive and checked on us frequently, this also obstructed our view though from other rows in front of us being checked on. They had a QR code instructions to order from the menu but no QR code to be found anywhere. I think this would make it a lot easier for everyone. The food was ok but $32 for a cheap cut of flank or skirt steak was a bit disappointing. The facility was very clean however one of the two stalls in the mens room was out of order which created quite the lines to use the restroom.Don't waste your money on reservations, just get general admission tickets and you will have a great time. The experience was worth every penny of $20 but no where near $120

Cosm opened a few months ago, of course the Mr. being a sports fanatic HAD to go immediately...or shortly thereafter lol Our first experience was the general seating for a soccer game which is the very top floor, I had no complaints however he took a tour and discovered that the paid seating on the first second or third floor were better. Upon our second venture we paid for seats on the second floor which was a much better experience. I would suggest getting seats with a table top in case you decide to order food and beverages. Overall we had a blast...I highly suggest!!!Parking: Can be a bit tricky as it's in the same area as the NFM and strip mall so plan ahead to look for parking before the game starts.

A cool and unique experience. More expensive than a sports bar but not as expensive as a sports venue or restaurant. Doors didn't open when they said they would. Venue is pretty cool but could definitely use improvements. The screens in the back kept flashing onto our screen. Some of the other guests were talking throughout the whole showing. Our view from the bottom floor was not ideal for the Cirque show but not terrible. Food was decent. Service was excellent. Everything was spendy.I wouldn't come here again anytime soon but might stop by for a sports event or new showing if they change up the venue based on customer feedback in the reviews.
