Cooking the Details

My dinner was beyond delicious thanks to @cookingthedetails. I had the pleasure of attending her "Supper Club", which is a weekly cooking class and we whipped up an amazing restaurant quality meal. Our menu included a very tender and flavorful Jamaican Jerk Cornish hen, cabbage, and coconut black rice. Everything was seasoned perfectly and exploded with wonderful flavors. Each item complimented the next. Chef Dazore made our cooking class so much fun, and she is full of cooking knowledge! I'm so excited to use what she taught us in my own kitchen! If you want to brush up on your cooking skills, collaborate with others to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal, and have great conversations with others along the way I would 100% recommend reaching out to Chef Dazore to attend Supper Club! I'm so happy I did! I can't wait to attend another class.

If you haven't met Chef D yet, you are missing out! She is an incredible chef and teacher. I signed up for Supper Club, didn't know anyone going in, and felt like I'd just had dinner with my closest friends by the time i left. By using good food, a wonderful personality, and a cozy environment, Chef creates the best Saturday night you'll have!

Chef D was great- she had everything prepared for us to begin the Thursday's night Supper Club, and all of my family got to work on one part of the meal. It was relaxed, friendly and informative. Eating the fruits of our labor was a great end to the night along with the conversation.

AMAZING experience with Dezore, owner and operator of "Cooking The Details" in Carrollton. It was an awesome class with my family today! I highly recommend this to everyone-adults and children! Out of all the summer vacation activities visiting grandmother, my niece and nephew's favorite is cooking with Dazore!!! Amazing time! Spent an afternoon with Chef D with a group of friends. She guided us in preparing a wonderful meal, helped us explore the use of spices, and kept the whole event fun. The smaller class size and facility allowed for a very personal and adaptive experience. The food was great! I recommend this for a small group of friends who want to have fun together and experience something new.

We hired Dazore to cater a small New Years Eve party at my house and she completely outdid herself! Not only was her food incredible but she was so much fun we even asked her to join us! Everything she prepared was made from scratch and she truly puts a lot of love into the food she makes. She did everything from planning the menu to cleaning up. We can't wait to hire her again!
