Clown Around Party Rental

Wonderful experience for my son's birthday party! We ordered an inflatable water slide. The set up was very prompt and professional. Very helpful with any needs or questions. Would definitely use again!

A truly fraudulent company. We received a defective water slide but didn't realize it until the crew left. The velcro on the water slide was coming undone causing scratches on my daughter and her friends skin. We tried to contact the owner but they wouldn't respond immediately to our phone calls. After they finally answered their phones they were willing to come out with a new slide but by that time the party was almost over with which would have been useless. I asked the owner to make things right by giving us a discount for the inconvenience and they assured us they would. But that was a complete lie. Instead of fulfilling their promises they're ignoring our phone calls. They're not just screwing a customer over there taking advantage of a disabled combat veteran which they are fully aware of who they can care less about. Shame on you.

We used Clown Around Party Rentals for my sons birthday and they were awesome! We got a water slide and slip n' slide and the kids had a blast. The girl who helped us book the slides was very helpful, super nice and made​ it very easy to book. The guys who brought it to set up were very professional and easy to work with, same guys came to take it down. We had no problems and we will definitely​ be using them again!!

We just used them for a fall party and they were AWESOME! They were very professional, always on time and so nice! The face painter was awesome as well! Will definitely use again!

I've used Clown Around twice for birthday parties recently -- and they are very nice to work with. They make setup easy, and my favorite thing is all the different themes of bounce houses they have.

Now I know why they are called clown around - Worn out equipment that blew a hole after an hour of use and ruined our kids birthday party. Called and spoke to a rattlesnake of a woman that turned a bad situation worse by yelling that it was our fault because kids played on it? No rips, cuts, etc. Plainly can see it came apart on seam because it was old and worn out junk. They get cash payment up front and don't know what customer service is once they have your money.

We were very disappointed with our bounce house experience with Clown Around Party Rentals. We rented a slip and slide water slide this weekend for our kids birthday party. The bounce house was so worn out that only after about an hour of use, the bounce house ripped at the seam and would not stay aired up. (They explained to us that small rips in the seams were fine because the bounce houses would still stay up...so apparently they were aware of the rips. This one was just big enough it wouldn't stay aired up.) We didn't have it for the rest of our party. We had already paid though so they didn't make it right once they realized we couldn't use it. We will never use them again.
