Renovated in 2017, all the playground equipment is state of the art.
Kids 2-5Y have their own play area with age-appropriate equipment.
The playgrounds and splash pad are all surrounding the bathrooms and large pavilion.
Chandler Park has Mansfield's first splash pad, open 10am-8pm Memorial Day through Labor Day, and weekdays 10am-2pm in September.
The splash pad is user-activated and self-circulating, making it great for the environment AND great fun!
The pond is stocked for fishing and has its own dock.
The walking trail surrounding the pond connects to the football fields at Chandler Park, where Mansfield Pee Wee Football plays.
Four different fitness machines surround the walking trail, all using body weight for a flexible workout for any level.
Chandler Park is home to Mansfield's first skateboard area.
The skate plaza has a variety of elements and features for skateboarders and scooters.
A large pavilion overlooking the pond makes a great location for parties and events.
The pond is fed with water from an underground spring via a rockbed creek.
Three tennis courts are lighted and open during park hours for public use.
Bleachers offer great spectator comfort during tennis matches. The tennis area also has a covered pavilion and water fountain.
Two half-court basketball courts give another option for play.
Chandler has one large, full-size sand volleyball court open to the public.
Splash pad on-site
No dogs allowed in the splash pad

Clayton W. Chandler Park is located in Mansfield, TX, off Walnut Creek near Debblie Lane, delivering a friendly all-around family orientated park for everyone! There are multiple activities to do at this park for a fun experience. They offer a children's playground with slides and swings as well as a playground for the smaller kids. They also have tennis courts and a sand volleyball court too!. There is a small fishing pond here with a pier where you can try your luck and cast your line. There are multiple pavilllions with BBQ grills scattered all throughout the park. In the park, they have a small skatepark where you can practice your latest tricks on your skateboard or roller blades. There is also a splash pad here too that is open to the public during the summer months. They provide a parking lot here with ample parking, so parking should never be an issue. This is a great park to get outside and get some vitamin D, whether you're taking a walk or just letting the kids get loose. When planning a birthday party here, reservations are not required, but is a first come, first serve basis. They have a bulletin board here where you can check out the latest events the city has planned for upcoming events and any questions or concerns you may have with Mansfield City Parks.

I enjoy coming to this park, there is a lot to do for all ages. There is shade, basketball, volleyball, tennis even a little pond I have seen fish out of. It's in a very neutral location, open space and plenty of room to walk or run to exercise.

We love the splash pad and playground areas. The park is well maintained and clean. The area has plenty of lighting. The only negative is the small parking lot, which gets very crowded at times!

Huge park with a ton of different activities for all ages! Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts all close to the main playground! My family came and had a blast playing volleyball together on the sand court. Lots of open space as well so we could play spike ball while we waited for the sand court to free up. There's also a nice pavilion area near the fountain/pond and another near the restrooms. Only reason for four stars is the bathrooms didn't have any toilet paper so it most not get maintained too frequently. Otherwise super nice park and will definitely be back again!

Great family friendly park. Skate park great for beginners. My son's first time using his skateboard and loved it here. He enjoyed watching other kids and kids were friendly, even offering to show him some tricks. Park in it's entirety looks very clean and kids were having fun.
