The City of Carrollton does not follow their own ordinances. I reported violations over 2 months ago, and they have not been addressed. One of which is tree limbs blocking important street signs, and blocking movement on the sidewalk, which is not only a violation of State law, but a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The tree limbs are also blocking visibility to safely exit the alley, and on to the main street. They keep promising to address the issues, but they have not. All they give is lip service. They just do not care. They harass citizens for ridiculous things, yet they do not take care of the urgent ones.
