Chilis is such an easy location for great food and a great time Great Happy hour prices for beer! 5$ Sunday beer on selected beers only. Burgers here are super delicious Steak here is really good too!! Service is always outstanding bar and regular seating area.

We came here for the triple dipper. Personally I only like the chicken crispers and the mozzarella sticks - everything else is kind of mid. For some reason this location's sauce tastes funnier and more artificial than the previous location we went to. But I think what I really like about this place is how stretchy the mozzarella stick is. It is very yummy. The chicken crispers were also nice - but they were a bit soggier after the sauce implementation. The service was good and the place overall is very nice - and it looks really new too. Also there are chargers next to each table for usb, usb-c, and a regular plug. lowkey a great place to lock in The sodas were a miss. The Nashville hot sauce is way too salty and has no spice, the honey chipotle is good but honestly I would order everything without sauce, and then add sauce later.Full Video On Foodie TikTok - @m0nsterati

I think this is my third visit to this "newer" location. I drive about 20 mins to get here but it's worth it. The space is inviting,people are nice,and the food is excellent.I'll keep coming until it's,Not I tried the new Smash burger. True to it's name smashed and cooked on the grill yielding imperfect patty,caramelized edges and flavor to savor.As always,the South West Egg Rolls are a tasty chain restaurant fusion item that works.Go!

My family and I eat at this location often. My three year old twin boys live the chips and salsa and my husband and I love it for the decent food and attentive service. The place is open. Has clean restrooms. And the servers seem to always take care of my family well.

Went to Chili's in Plano for the first time in about 15 years. Brinkers you still need to improved. A $40 lunch that was at best mediocre and he still had that stupid check out machine on your table so your server really never needs to stop by and see if you need anything else. Our server forgot to bring part of our meal. I believe this is your flagship store in the DFW area where your corporate headquarters are in Dallas. What a sad evolution is gone through from their original store where they had ropes out the front door for people waiting to get in to mediocre chain store that doesn't even care if people get their entire mail that they have ordered. Most people reading this won't remember when chilies was a single restaurant. That was absolutely fabulous, but believe me today's version is not even a shadow of the original.Good luck with the soup and salad combo that my husband got and getting any additional soup or salad let alone the chips and salsa that come with the meal.! It's pitiful! If you want anything, this comparable to the original Chili's then go to Kenny's Burger joint because you're not gonna find it here.

Recently dined here for the first time, not great and left feeling gross. The chips and salsa are always great, no complaints there! The queso was fine, nothing special but good. Unfortunately the pick 3 appetizer was horrible, everything was extremely salty. It was the kind of salty that stayed on your tongue for hours after the meal. I was so excited to try this appetizer dish with the honey chipotle fingers and sliders but it made me feel sick instead.

11-13-2022 stopped in for a late lunch, after a full Sunday of shopping. Party of 2 and we were seated immediately. The server was initially attentive but when we weren't ready to order she disappeared and was gone for too long. When we finally ordered we both did the appetizer, entree and drink deal. Drinks came out quick but then nothing for about 20 minutes and no sight of the server once during that time. A different server brought out the entrees, but we never received our appetizers. We brought this to his attention and he immediately went to check on them. Brought out the Cesar salad and my daughters trip dip. No explanation for what happened. So we had everything on the table all at once. The food order was accurate , hot and tasted good, however being served all at once was just an epic fail and annoying. Drinks were slow to refill. The chicken sandwich was crispy and not greasy, but it had a bit too much honey mustard, would recommend sauce on the side to control portion. The fries were crispy and delicious. The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas tasted good but were nothing special, however they were plentiful coming with 8 pieces. The dip trio was new for us, we chose the skillet queso, queso Blanco and salsa. The queso blanco was my favorite and a good dip for the fries and the quesadillas. The sizes for each of the dips were perfect for two and is listed as bottomless chips. The bill/check out is on the table top kiosk but no one tells you that, the server never came back. There is an option to type in your phone # to earn points or use rewards.

I was a regular guest at chili forever until I felt the prices went up and the quality went down. So I stopped going for at 5 years. They built a new chilis and we decide to try it. They had a special -3 for me for $10. It is a great deal for the price. We have gone once a week for the past 5 weeks. It is like old times. Chips with ranch, old timer or chicken sandwich, drinks and dessert. The wait staff are trained, friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and tasty. I love the simple way to pay online. Hats off to knowing what your customers want.

I asked for my ribeye to be medium well done. When it came out it looked cooked properly but after I started eating it , I soon realized that a major part of it wasn't cooked properly. I asked the waiter if they could cook it more, he said the chef wouldn't . It was my daughter taking me out for a delayed Father's Day dinner. So basically I needed to leave about 50 percent of my meal uneaten.
