Hot - tasty food. Alert staff. It was a tough time in America. Management in these boxes work a lot of hours and it's easy to get burned out. Rotate good folks and treat them well

If you pay for any sauce, they won't give you gravy. That should come with the order regardless. Service does not exist here.

Drive through to pick up chicken livers for Tiki Hubby. The cook to order so there is a wait. Comes with creamy gravy and rolls. They are crispy and fresh

3:30 in the afternoon 30 minute wait for them to cook chicken. Unexceptable!!!! Wadte of my time. I won't be back. The store at 75 and royal ln

..... BEST FRIED CHICKEN....... And they have awesome fried okra!! I love the chicken strips and white gravy (very hard to find that). The meat is never greasy and is good quality. The batter is perfect - not thin (like many other places), has a great traditional southern flavor, perfect golden color and is very crunchy!! The gravy is like Mom makes! Fantastic! (I always get extra.) The fried okra is the best in town! Very crunchy, excellent flavor and hot every time. Now if you get the fried okra to-go, be sure to open the lid immediately to keep them crunchy!! Otherwise, they steam in the box an will be mushy when you get home. (For some reason, I get home and half of them are gone?!?!... LOL.) Read the menu to find rare items like liver and gizzards... a true southern classic (but I'm not that brave). I love the green beans, corn and mashed potatoes. FYI - they offer a 15 count chicken tinder family meal off the menu. Chicken express is my favorite chicken outlet and, this store runs an excellent operation. The dining area is large, clean, with plenty of space for seating.My food came quickly, and, as per usual, was excellent. I always ask for some of the hot seasoning, salt, and a packet of honey for the roll, which are free.I have been here several times, and will certainly return.

I got chicken tenders with a biscuit, and it was all great! They even let you mix together spicy and regular chicken tenders :)

Horrible service absolutely the worst restaurant or one of the worst I've ever experienced in this chain.

The Hispanic female on the drive thru does not listen to the customer. I was not given a receipt. After placing my order which I repeated 3 times, I was not told the amount I was going to pay. I had to ask. I wat at this location (drive thru) at least 3 times a month and today was the worst for this location and compared to others, it's bad.

Pink, uncooked chicken. Feeling ill afterwards. They need to take care of this issue.
