Chef G's and Sparkle Creations

That was the best BBQ brisket i've had in ages! Smoky but not overpowering. Thanks for visiting the Fooda popup at T-Mobile in Frisco. The mac & cheese was super delicious and creamy. The mashed potatoes were delightful and made from red potatoes with skin on! I was a bit disappointed the grilled sandwich with onions wasn't truly available but I quickly didnt mind cuz the food didn't disappoint. Ya'll were right about the sriracha mayo. Im not sure if you have a permanent storefront presence but I look forward to purchasing another yummy meal soon!

Chef G and Sparkle Creations are absolutely AMAZING! I always make sure to order from them when they come to Intuit for Food Truck Fridays. When the Mosaic African Ancestry Network was putting on our Black History Month Happy Hour and Panel event, we had to have them cater. They made our lives to much easier. Sparkle was able to coordinate our options to accommodate our budget and the number of people we were going to have. Chef G sent over the menu choices and it was hard not to choose them all. They did offer to do a tasting so we could choose the best apps for our event. Everything was wonderful! Some how we were able to narrow it down to 4 options. Fried Collard Green Egg Rolls - These were life changing! I never would have thought to put collard greens and smoked turkey in an egg roll.It is the best combination ever. Chef G is changing the game with this oneMini Brisket Stuffed Cornbread Cups - This sweet cornbread with the tender brisket in bbq sauce as a cute little sandwich. I could have eaten 5 or 6 of these but I was able to contain myself to oneMini Chicken and Cornbread Waffles - They even had little cups of syrup to serve with them. Definitely a must have at any event.Mac & Cheese Tart - This was a great vegetarian option for the event. Also the Mosaic engagement leader loved it so much at the tasting she would have hunted me down if we didn't order them. The day of the event Chef G and Sparkle were fabulous. They made everything fresh in the truck and refilled items as needed. We didn't have to stress about anything. People were raving days after the event. We definitely will be using them again.

Been to this food truck twice. They have amazing Southern inspired creations. We tried the catfish basket and brisket wrapped waffle. Both were remarkable! The portions are substantial (split both time) and service is extraordinary. These ladies clearly have passion for their business. They gave us two free holiday cupcakes for our children. Two thumbs up!

We ate with them at the Frisco Rail Yard. It was SO tasty! Also pretty fast and good prices.

I was pleasantly surprised by how big the portions were and how fresh the food was. I had the chicken salad and my son had the catfish. The salad had enough avocado and blue cheese for the whole salad. I will definitely eat here again!!

This food is soooooo good. Like being home with my family again. Cheesey mac n cheese, the mashed potatoes were from scratch, the chicken falls off the bone, and the greens were speechless. Kicked me in my mouth...so good. Highly recommended!!!Thank you for coming to American Airlines and blessing us with some good home cooking!

Awesome southern food truck. Their Brisket grilled cheese is the best ever! Other food is great as well! Anytime they are around, there is a line. My new favorite!

They came to our office for a lunch pop-up we have and I got their brisket sandwich without the bread and collard greens and it was fantastic. I've texted a few friends already and said these might be the best greens I've ever had. If you ever see their food truck, you have to try their food!

When I asked for the last helping of Collard Greens, and the server seemed to scoop some out of the trash bucket under the counter to make up a full server? I think NEVER Again. I could swear out of the corner of my eye, I saw a plastic straw come up as the server said, oh that's a chicken bone, and submerge it back into the bucket. Again , HECK NO.

Whoa! We had Chef G's and Sparkle Creations out to our vineyard and my goodness how great this food is! My recommendation is just go ahead and double order that way you have something for later and won't be regretting the decision not to later.
