New restaurant alert and it is cheesesteaks!First, unlike outside, inside is spacious and bright with clean seats and tables.I will add make sure to double check if the cashier gets your order correctly because we had to order again since the lady did not get all of our orders the first time. I don't think that specific lady was not too fluent in English; so, order slowly and make sure to double check.Besides that, your food comes out fairly quickly. Cheesesteaks were excellent. I'm more of a toasty bun person, but if this is how cheesesteak bun is supposed to be - I will take it. The buns were chewy. The meat was plentiful and great portion to its bun. I am not a pickle person, but for someone wanting some kind of veggies, it was a great addition. These were supposed to have mushrooms, but I didn't really see or notice them when eating. I deducted points for wings. The quality of wings were excellent, but something was off about the aftertaste of the sauces. If they can manage to fix that aftertaste, it would be perfect.

Solid spot! If you're looking for just a Charley's cheesesteak, this is the place! Seems family owned and the person helping us was very accommodating and nice. After we ordered, the food came out hot and fresh pretty quickly. The inside of the restaurant was clean and there wasn't anything out of the ordinary. My only complaint would just be I wish our ultimate fries had more cheese and ranch. There wasn't enough!

Meh.... I was excited to try this new place in the neighborhood. I ordered using their website. My order was ready on time. It's located in a strip mall with fairly steady traffic. Inside is nice for dining and having a seat. I tried it, but don't think that I will be a regular supporter. The food quality is not nearly what I anticipated. Looking at the pictures I made my decision believing that there was actually real cheese using this appears to be more of a squeeze on cheese spread. The meat is not as tender as I would like and I wish the bun was toasted. The lemonade is good, but deeply over priced it more than three dollars for the cup. It's not even for a squeeze. Overall, wish them well, but they will not be a fan fav for me..

Excellent food and portion sizing. Wings are nuggets but have excellent flavor, and gourmet fries are the trashy kind of cheese sauce that hit just right.

After reading some of the other reviews I was a little hesitant of coming here for a cheesesteak and milkshake but I'm so glad that I did. My experience was nothing like what Another Food Review posted. The prices were clearly marked on the menu board and my receipt matched what I ordered with the amount of tax. I also tried a strawberry milkshake and it was delicious! Highly recommend! The nice lady Ruby thanked me for coming and also gave me a coupon to use next time when I come back which I really appreciated. I think I'm going to give it to my neighbor so she can come and try this place too. Will definitely be back to support this wonderful husband and wife opening their first restaurant. This is how I want to be treated when I go out to eat.

Worst place too open in the area they have a smell, they are over priced charging for everything they make the menu looks cheap but when you order regular combo meal it is around 15-20 dollars when advertised as $12. And that goes for any of there food. I've bought frys which are around $2.40!!! and total comes out to be 4.14, where is the dollar tax coming from? Ice cream taste like butter. Customer service is ok but they come up to you too many times, one wrong look they are handing out a free fry + drink coupon( which really is a scam itself) i mean its a good thing for the customers but not necessary if they do their job right.

sandwiches were poorly made , food quality 3/10 fries weren't really done .. if you want the best quality just go to stonebriar or galleria mall they're Charley's is the best .. fresh and hot every time :)
