Characters.io - Dallas

I just realized that I posted a review under the wrong email, so it didn't show up on my reviews, so I'm reposting this! I can't say enough good things about our characters from Dallas Characters.io!! We booked Wonder Woman and Spiderman to entertain the kids during an adult casino party, and they were a HUGE HIT!! They not only kept the kids totally busy, but their antics were cracking everyone at the party up all night. Spiderman was a CRACK UP and Wonder Woman was so sweet! They arrived in character to an anxious crowd of kids and had their attention the whole time. A thousand stars, for sure!! Thank you for helping our event be perfect!!

I've used them multiple times in the past couple of years and they are amazing! As a mom of four I try to always be creative with birthdays but it's tough so I have found that they help solve that issue everytime!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and Batman (Dawson). I came across this company by a simple Google search, and I'm so glad I did. My 4 year old nephew is in the ICU after his 3rd open heart surgery and is waiting on a heart transplant, and I just knew that Batman coming to see him would liven him up and make him feel better. I reached out to the company and they were extremely communicative and understanding of the situation my nephew is in. At first they told me that they were going to discount Batman's visit because of the situation (which I didn't anticipate or expect them to do), and then after they spoke with the performer who would be playing Batman, they told me that he wanted to come see my nephew in the hospital for free. It truly brought tears to my eyes. My nephew loves Batman and it absolutely made his day getting to spend time with him. Batman made him feel so special and brave, and he treated him just like any other kid but with a little extra love. HIGHLY recommend!!!

The services are as advertised. The performers showed up and stayed in character looking and acting the part. Great with the kids and very patient. Would use again.

I had a bad experience with a Spider-Man we hired to come out, but luckily the company was very understanding and took care of me. I appreciate the customer service and would still consider using this company on the future.

Very bad experience. I booked Rapunzel and Elsa for my daughter's birthday. Rapunzel was okay, Elsa was terrible. She had no idea what she was doing. She was looking at Rapunzel for guidance. Her costume and wig were horrible. She wasn't even wearing the Elsa dress. Very little interaction with the kids. It was not worth the money at all!

Just used this company for the second time for my daughter's birthday. They are very professional. Send you reminders and confirm details a few days before the party. The character is always on time and call you when they get there. Overall, it's a wonderful experience with them and would definitely use their services for future parties.

We hired princess Ariel (Sarah Pepper) for our daughters 4th birthday. She was amazing ! She connected so well with our daughter and the kids, was very flexible, did great face paint and helped keep everyone (38 toddlers) entertained and happy!

Can't recommend enough! Keisha was extremely helpful when I had so many questions about booking a performer. She was very patient and helpful, and helped me come up with a plan that would be allow everyone to be safe while keeping the experience fun. Our "Batman" (Jona) was fantastic with the kids! This guy was on for a full hour, entertaining three- and four-year-olds (part of our pod) while still maintaining social distancing. He was punctual, friendly, and professional. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better experience! If you have little ones who love superheroes or princesses, I would highly recommend them.

We had Barbie come to our daughters 5th birthday and she was wonderful. She lead the party and the kids were in awe of her. They colored pictures, had their faces painted, did a freeze dance, and then Barbie helped sing happy birthday. She was professional and excellent with all the kids.
