So adorable! And relaxing. Delicious tea and appetizers. Service was fast. The only compliant I have is that they have a lime lemon drink that's made with sprite soda which they don't tell you which is unhealthy.

We went here recently for late breakfast/brunch and our overall experience was not good!Restaurant was clean and cozy and had different seating options. Atmosphere was busy with all kind of decorations which might be too overwhelming for some. There were plenty of free parking outside. We ordered Malai paratha that was not on their regular menu and were told that it was "special", plain paratha, Irani chai with milk, and Kashmiri chai.Their "specials" were listed separately on the chalk board behind the front counter, but Malai paratha was not on it for whatever reasons. First, I think "special" menu should be in front of the customers so that they can clearly see instead of behind the front counter. Good thing I asked for the special of the day and only then I was told about the Malai paratha. Why was it not listed on the chalk board? How come the server never bothered to mention all the specials? How would the customer know about all these non-menu items if chalk board is hidden and the server will not tell either?Malai paratha came with house made yogurt, little honey, and house made, decent, size paratha. Irani chai with milk came in a regular cup and had sugar already mixed in it!When ordering our tea, I specifically asked for the sizes of our tea to see if we need to order more than 1, but the server gave guessed answers and wasn't sure about the exact sizes of our tea. Why not put an actual size of the cup in front of the ordering counter and make everyone's life easy? I found out that all of their tea only come in one size and different tea had their own sizes and they are not the same! Our both tea came in with sugar pre-mixed in it! Again, server didn't bother to tell us this important information as the mixed sugar felt little heavy to us. What if someone has any sugar intake restrictions for whatever reasons? How about not mix any sugar at all and have customers add at their table according to their taste instead? Malai paratha and house made yogurt were good and worth the money. Unfortunately, plain paratha was a big ripoff! Did not come with anything beside the small size paratha which costed us $3.99+tax! These type of parathas are sold in any South Asian grocery stores for around $6 for 5 of them! Why selling for so expensive? What is so special? We thought plain paratha would be their house made paratha and size like we got with our Malai paratha order otherwise we would not have ordered it.Both tea were also not good. Kashmiri chai tasted like a coconut syrup was mixed in it! It tasted so bad that we had to ask for a replacement and we got Karak chai instead. Karak chai was also nothing special. Just a regular home made tea type of taste which again, heavily laced with sugar. We left half of the tea. Irani chai with milk was just okay, but mixed sugar made it nothing special.Last but not least, there are only few establishment (to my knowledge), specially in TX, where they charge extra in the name of "service fees" on top of their menu prices - unfortunately, this business is one of them!Their food menu prices are already on the expensive side. Customer service is also iffy. Why charging almost 4% "extra" in the name of service fees then? On top, this extra fees is not even disclosed anywhere and you will only find out after payment!Charging this extra fees is ridiculous specially when the menu prices are already high! The disappointing part is that they don't have any posting or sign that says anything about this extra charge. Isn't this fees fraud and unethical? At least put a sign and/or tell the person what extra they are paying for. How many people pay attention to their receipt? People don't even asked for their receipt let aside checking the receipt for what they have been charged for.It doesn't matter how much business is paying to the credit processor or whatever overhead they are paying for. Menu prices should include everything. Or, don't take any cards and just accept cash. Or, at the least, put a clear sign at the payment terminal about this extra charge so customer will be clear on what exactly they are paying for.Not a single time anyone came and check on us if we needed anything after initially serving our food even though restaurant only had 1 other family beside us.At one point I saw a lady (owner/manager) came out of the kitchen and went to the front register to check something. I thought she was going to stop by on us, but she just walked back to the kitchen. Last I saw her she was on the phone.Based upon our personal experience, I will not go back or recommend this restaurant to others unless they improve their customer service, business practice, etc.

Cute furniture places upon walking in, decor was a little busy but definitely aesthetic and vibes especially for the ambiance. We asked for kashmiri chai iced and when it came out it was piping hot which was disappointing because we decided to come here after watching their instagram reel about the iced version. When we asked the server if it had come iced he stated no this is the only way it comes. So I decided to ask another person working (maybe the server was new) and he said yes it is available iced but he visibly seemed upset. He took back the hot tea and replaced it with an up charge.

Finally a chai spot that's not a hole in the wall with amazing food too! A wonderful alternative to traditional coffee shops, it's quaint and has eclectic decor all around. You walk in, order, and are guided to seating. The menus got a great selection of paratha items, including one of the best tasting Malai Chicken Boti Roll I've had. They also had an excellent Tawa Chicken that left me licking my fingers! They also have a few chai variations as well but if you're not so adventurous you can stick to the traditional Kayak! Overall a really great experience! I highly recommend it and will be coming back for more!

I've been here twice now and the food and tea has been fantastic. They have created a nice ambiance and judging by the amount of people here the place is definitely off to a good start. The only downer was they were out of some items by 8pm on a saturday so hopefully once they get their rhythm things like that won't happen. They could also use some better signage as to the MO. Basically walk in order first then they assign you a table/ seating area. They have a variety of seating options from couches to high tables and lounge style coffee tables and it's a fun, vibrant ambiance.Mucho recommend!

The chai is ok the Cajun corn was yum and well seasoned! The experience and ambience is interesting, it's super busy. I give four stars because it is extremely over priced. I would come here once for the atmosphere and just to experience the place. The couches are comfy and the vibes are cool. You will definitely be entitled with all the interesting decorations. I would come here for the photo ops and to taste the teas.

Had the pleasure of trying out this place today for an early dinner with my niece (a very picky eater) and I'm so glad I was able to stop by! The food and service are 10/10 and the ambiance is even higher! It's one of the cutest Pakistani restaurants I've ever been to outside of Pakistan, and it totally makes sense that the owner is a female the moment you walk in. She has put in amazing attention to detail into the quality of the food as well as the interior.I ordered the seekh kabab which is not your traditional seekh kabab, but much more juicy and comes cooked in a tomato sauce or "curry" that complimented the meat well. My niece ordered the kids chicken nuggets which she very much enjoyed and the highlight of both of our meals was the amazing mango lassi. I can see myself coming back for the mango lassi alone! I placed a to-go order for my sister and took a bite from her behari beef roll and wanted to kick myself for not ordering one of my own. We both thoroughly enjoyed it as well. So refreshing coming across such a great representation of Pakistani food, I hope to return and try out the variety of chai's that they have to offer.

Tea is burned, we came for lunch. Chicken pulao was amazing! The staff will not replace kadak chai with another tea. Low on staff, raita came after 10 mins, by that time we were almost done with the rice entree.

Ambience is good, if you want only pics then go, if you want good food or good service please don't. Food is average and service is terrible and rude.
