My first CAVA experience and it was not so great. I explained to the server that it was my first time and his non response threw me off. Maybe my expectation for some enthusiasm in explaining their offerings was too much. It was mid afternoon and they were out or low in A LOT of options so I didn't really get to build the bowl that I wanted. I'm giving three stars because the bowl that I did get was delicious. I was surprised that the spicy chicken was actually spicy and not mild. I loved every bit of that. I probably won't come back to this location, but I definitely need some more of that spicy chicken in my life.

I was looking for a spot to eat and looked up the great reviews on Cava. I arrived to the location and notified Ky the nice woman serving that night.I was very happy with the experience. The poritions were valued nicely, the food was excellent, and service (Ky) was very polite in walking me through menu and options. I am new in Dallas, but will be back!

One of the worst togo experiences we've had in a long time. Not only was only one entree delivered - they will not answer the phone (states VM is full) - there is ZERO management or quality control. The one entree we did receive was supposed to be a "salad bowl" - every ingredient requested was left out even the wrong lettuce. Awful company with serious financial, leadership, and employee issues. Can only imagine what the cleanliness must be with this little care for customers. I assume they'll be out of business soon - as that rent isn't cheap!

New concept, digital kitchen. Took a second to understand, however, the young woman working there easily explained and assisted. The food was very tasty. Also was able to adhere to my ongoing Keto diet.

Make this a full service location!!! You can only order through the app - which is a pain if you want to customize. You can only pay with a card. Which even though it works everywhere else - it won't on their app half the time. Close this location or make it full service! Now I have to drive to the one on Lovers - which DOES offer full service.

Interesting parody of Mediterranean food, concieved by some MBA from Iowa, possibly septic after a meal at Chipotle.Falafel reimagined as deep fried bean burrito, on pita as pupusa.Imaginative and novel use of the bowl concept avoids the gummy flatbreads,which, according to the posters, are plant based.

I love the concept of CAVA, but this location is just not good. I go here often because of the convenient location; however, they consistently mess up my order. I think they've only gotten it right once. I wish it was just a normal CAVA and not the digital kitchen, so I could watch them make my order.

This might be the most disappointing of all the Cava locations, which is really saying something. I tried to order via the app from two other locations before I had to settle on this one due to others being out of stock of ingredients or simply not taking orders. I have ordered from this location 3 times, and never once have they gotten my order right. However, today was by far the worst. When I got my order, I was rudely told that if an ingredient wasn't in my bowl, it was because they were out of it (there was no "I'm sorry" and it wasn't even listed as out of stock on the app!) In addition to the fact that many of the ingredients were missing, the rice was uncooked, and they gave me arugula instead of spinach.
