Giant sloppy mess. When I pay nearly 20$ for a flatbread sandwich you'd think they could at least make it LOOK appealing. It leaked through the bag into my friend's car and all over my clothes too.I definitely want my money back.Never again.

CAVA is my favorite place to go anytime I leave my home state of Illinois! Dallas was no different, and this was the second Cava trip during my short getaway. My recommendation is half spinach half saffron rice, and the spicy lamb meatballs and braised lamb are my two favorite proteins. This time I tried the steak, not my favorite. All the toppings are fresh and delicious, with the s'zhug and garlic sauce being my favorite dressings. You can't go wrong with CAVA and this time was no different!

Tasty.. flavorful, filling! Choice of base - grain or veg or 1/2 & 1/2 - I got 1/2 saffron & 1/2 brown rice w/ lentilsProtein: I got lamb meatballs they were descent but shawarma slices would've been better but still good with dill sauce unlimited toppings and can have 1 or 2 sauces on your food or on the side. Staff is pleasant.. Plenty of seating to go solo or in group.

Cava has become one of my new favorite restaurants. I was leaving my laser appointment and decided to stop in to grab food. The customer service was great. Kishia was very polite while fixing my bowl and everything was fresh and delicious.

I went to CAVA today, basically my first time here! I have to say from the time I entered I was greeted with a warm welcome & received the most amazing service!! Keisha went above & beyond to make my visit extraordinary & memorable!! It's people like her that make the world a better place!! Bless you Keisha! I love this place. The staff is so friendly, the place is kept clean, and the food is great. I eat here 3 or 4 times a week.

The service at this location is always very sub par. I've ordered ahead multiples times just to arrive typically 15 minutes after my order is supposed to be ready, and my order ticket is sitting at the beginning of the food assembly area. And there is never more than 2-3 people in line ordering. Food is good as usual. But service is horrific.

Kishia was kind with great service , Cava is exceptional as always food is great , the outside seating is great!

Horrible customer service and the roasted veggies are always soggy. Ambience is fine.
