Cantina Laredo

We moved far from this area and haven't had CL in quite awhile. It did not disappoint! Food - excellent Service - excellent We will definitely be coming back sooner than later.

Dropped in with some friends on a late Sunday afternoon. The place was empty and clearly felt we had missed the brunch crowd, if there was one.The restaurant itself was clean, a good size and with friendly service.Food was ok, but not remarkable. However, it's TexMex so I'm picky and have personal favorites. Overall, I'd try the brand/location again. Maybe it was an off day for me, them or both.

Came here recently with a friend and I was just underwhelmed. Nothing about food, service, atmosphere was necessarily "bad", just...meh. It was the Sunday night after Christmas & pretty empty but service was attentive enough. I asked a question about one of their cocktails & our server didn't know. Tried it anyway & it was alright (not great enough to remember what it was - something spicy). I'm vegan so I ordered the vegan impossible tacos. I appreciate that they have vegan options on the menu, even including vegan cheese on the tacos, but they were just a little lackluster for me in terms of flavor. I also wish they didn't have to be on corn tortillas - they always seem to fall apart, even if you have 2 of them per taco. I ended up taking the filling out of the last one & just eating it with a fork. Rice & beans were...rice & beans. This may not be my first choice to return to if I pick the dinner spot again but at least I know I won't starve if I do come back.

The Best Salmon in town! My husband asks for extra Chimi for the rice, but I swear - this dish is amazeballs. You get amazing service, the managing chef is amazingly personable and super sweet. Highly recommend if your in the area! (My husband and I shared the dish and the Chef was amazing enough to serve us with 2 plates) Absolute perfection. SALMON!!

Good food, good drinks! Waitress was friendly and fast. Nice place and surprisingly not really crowded on a Friday night. Enjoy!

Not sure why we don't visit Cantina Laredo in Addison more. The service and food is always very good and everyone has a smile on their face. This visit was no exception. Service by Esperanza was very good. We began with tableside guacamole. The guacamole is very good, but it is not made next to your table or tableside - at least not on this night. My wife loves the extra thin tortilla chips, but I am not really a fan of them, nor the bland salsa. Why they don't have a spicy or even mild salsa option is a mystery to me. It was a positive for me because I didn't fill up on chips and salsa. For entrees, we both had the Puerta Vallarta - so good! It was a great combination with a small beef fajita taco (they have fantastic carne asada), cheese enchilada, chicken enchilada, rice, and beans. I would have liked a little Pico de Gallo for my fajita, but not on the dish. Unfortunately, we ordered dessert with so little room in our stomachs. It might have been the cocktails lowering our will power to cut calories. Regardless, we took the plunge and ordered the mango Tres Leches cake. It is a large piece with lots of mango sauce. The Tres Leches dessert is excellent!!! So delicious.

Went here before going to see the Addison fireworks. The food was ok but not the best we've had.

It was my first time going to Cantina Laredo and the food was amazing! The guacamole was made table side and was extremely fresh. My partner ordered the Crab Cake Benedict without bacon and she loved it, it was also pair with a complementary mimosa. We were greeted at the host stand by Esperanza who was also our waitress. She provided us with great service and was very friendly. We decided to sit outside, she continuously checked on us and ensured we had everything we needed. Before leaving, the manager Yeri came over to check on our experience and even offered us complimentary dessert. My overall experience was a 10/10, I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I hardly give 5/5 stars but this place is amazing. Service is beyond amazing. We were sat and within 2 minutes had waters and chips and salsa. Wait staff are super attentive. Talk about the best service!! Francisco is absolutely awesome!! You never run out of chips and salsa. We sat outside and ordered our meals and again everything was super prompt!!! The food was fresh, tasty, exceptional. We had the Ceviche and Cameron Relleno (different on the menu.) If you are looking for a great experience come here!!

This is my go to place for happy hour and Mexican food. The food is great and the service there is awesome.
