Cajun On the Go Food Truck & Catering

Yvonne was a delight. Our apartment community (Bandera at Preston Hollow) invited them here for "food truck Friday". I believe they have been here before, but I did not visit the truck last time. I'm glad we walked down about 7:00 tonight and ordered the catfish plate and fried shrimp plate. Both were really, really good. We also added a side of spicy Mac and cheese that really, changed my life. Lol. Very good! Keep doing what you're doing Yvonne!

I'll be honest with you I have not actually had occasionally go it was one of the spots that I definitely definitely definitely intended to a diet I rather get get something because it's out of a their mobile it's black owned by women that impressed me those two factors impress me very very much the food of the menu looks spectacular and of course I'm a yelper so I got to be a foodie but not just any foodie a foodie that appreciates good food.The last night of my trip to Plano at made plans with the owner but I called it's it's one of those where you look at the meeting and see where they are so you essentially have to drive to where they are and I had made arrangements to meet on my last evening there in Plano due to certain circumstances they were not able to make it and I did call and the only explain to me what happened which I really really appreciate it, however when I go back that's going to be one of the first spots I go to because I will be calling to see where they are before I get there

What a neat concept! The bus was super cute & the food was even better. I ordered that catfish basket & a funnel cake. Both were made to order & served hot n fresh. Thay catfish, fries & hush puppies were seasoned perfectly & I loved the funnel cake as well! The ladies were both sweet & welcoming!! Hope to catch you again at the next bus stop!!

I was excited to support based on previous reviews and was expecting more. Sadly, we were disappointed. The shrimp poboy was okay. I paid an additional $2 for fries and receive about 6 soggy fries. The Cajun pasta was quite spicy and the pasta was gummy. They were out of chicken nachos and catfish after the first hour. The red beans and rice was pretty good. The gumbo was not to my liking, but gumbo is always very subjective. I'm glad that I supported the business and hope that I have a better experience the next time. Based on the other reviews I'm hoping that this was just an off night.

Got the catfish plate and the gumbo. The catfish was tender, perfectly done, and the cornmeal breading wasn't too thick or heavy. The shrimp in the gumbo were also perfectly done and I really liked the seasoning. The fries were a little soggy, but seasoned so I didn't really mind it. Would definitely go back for the catfish alone.

We reserved Cajun On the Go! to come to our school for our teachers and staff on this Fat Tuesday. Yvonne and team were excellent in working with us to cater our event. The food was fantastic with good portions!! We will absolutely be using them again!

Delicious!! Glad we stopped by four Bullets!! Hope to find them in Richardson tx again soon! Four Bullets brewery was amazing as always!

I have catered with Cajun on the Go! for my Mardi Gras party the past two years. The first year, I did drop off service with red beans and rice, jambalaya, and cornbread. The food was AMAZING and all my guests were so happy. I had been dreaming of the red beans and rice for an entire year so this year I had them bring the food truck out to my party. IT WAS SUCH A HIT! Yvonne is wonderful and easy to work with. She helped me understand how much food to order for 60-80 guests. Day of, she arrived early to set up. We had red beans and rice, jambalaya, shrimp po boys, banana pudding, and corn bread. Everything was fantastic. I had friends from New Orleans that gave the food the stamp of approval. There was never a line at the truck. I loved that they gave each guest a buzzer so they could go back to the party while they waited. The wait was never long either. Also, it was great that I didn't have to clean one thing up! I will absolutely be using them again!

I work for Sprint and contacted Yvonne who owns this truck to help us with an event at Best Buy . I have to say some of the best Cajun food I've had. They were quick to serve customers all day! The fried fish in their fish poboy I had was seasoned just right and fried so crispy that they had me wishing for more! Yvonne and her team had great prices, food, and customer service! I definitely recommend them for any event you may have or if you see them go get you some of the best Cajun food in Dallas!

Food was incredibly tasty and the service was great. I ordered ahead and came and quickly picked up my order with ease. I would absolutely try again. I got the Cajun Nachos and the Jambalaya Pasta. My only recommendation would be eat the nachos first so the chips don't get soggy.
