Caffè Lavazza

This place used to have great coffee and decent service. But that was only when it first opened. Unfortunately, the coffee has gone way down hill. I would expect an Italian cafe to make a good cappuccino, but no. This time had way too much milk in too big of a cup, resulting in coffee scented warm milk, I had to throw it out :(. The time before, they scalded the milk and over frothed.The pastries were stale and old.Service is also not very friendly.The ambiance was nice though.

Cozy caffè. Soothing playlist. Efficient counter service. Fantastic coffee. Beautiful artwork to their cappuccinos and caffè macchiatos. This is truly a favorite stop of mine while shopping at NorthPark!CHEERS!

Caffe Lavazza is such a nice little coffee place, right downstairs from Eataly. They have many wonderful treats, along with your typical coffee shop favorites. They also offer other options than milk, such as oatmilk (I cannot recall the other ones). They have vanilla, hazelnut, and caramel for coffee syrups. They have delicious food and sell some wonderful treats. I found the service to also be decent. I like the decor, and everything was clean and put together. It's a great place to check out and have some coffee.

Cute place, but my latte wasn't great. Ordered an oat milk vanilla latte. The vanilla was super strong, and there was a bunch of it sitting in the bottom of the glass. It tasted watery too. Wouldn't get coffee here again.

I ordered the matcha and latte macchiato, and both were great. The drinks came with waffles, which paired perfectly with the coffee. Considering it's located in a mall, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the space felt. A nice friendly spot to take a break and enjoy a good drink.

The best coffee in Dallas in my opinion. Great food, pastries. Great stuff and special thanks to Josue! I come to here quite often and he always is polite, helpful and takes care of guests. Highly recommend

Great coffee great service friendly staff in particular Josue,Carlos, Jose, Raul, Carolina, Cristina, actually all of them have been great.

Outstanding coffee and delicious croissants and Italian sandwiches. The personalized service by Manager Josue made lunch all that much more special.

When I go to eataly I always head down here first. Service is good. We always love the latte's here. And the pear pastry is my favorite. I like the ambience here, but I usually take my coffee to go and drink it at the cafeteria in eataly.

Waited ten mins for a latte and the cashier never told the barista to make it so he was just chit chatting with someone.
