ordered chicken fried steak late at night, was honestly stale and hard to cut through but was decently seasoned. potatoes were good and french toast to them means just means toast with cinnamon sprinkled on it but this place is a classic 24/7 breakfast diner.

This place was just okay. It was quiet, smelled great (coffee) and was clean. However, food was nothing exciting. I ordered the Migas, and as you can see by the picture, that is NOT migas. Perhaps their cooks need to look up a few recipes. These were just scrambled eggs with store bought tortilla chips thrown on top. As a Mexican myself, I laughed a little when I saw the plate. Migas have tortillas cooked into the eggs altogether, almost like a casserole, this was not that. Potatoes were overdone and wildly under seasoned. I also ordered a cup of tortilla soup that was awful, which I did not eat. Orange juice was great. Husband said his French toast was "okay, a little mushy but okay." Service was fine. They weren't busy at all. We might come back and try something else, but they really need to update their migas plate because that's not what I expected to eat.

Good breakfast today at this Richardson location. I had spinach omelet. It was good. Side, rosemary potatoes ok but weren't hot. Not cold. Sort of cool and a a bit dry. Coffee is always good. Buddy's omelet was wrong. Server brought western and it was supposed to be veggie. Server said he grabbed the wrong plate. Impossible since the server didn't return for 15 minutes (with the right order). Overall, server always seemed busy and likely had too many tables to cover. We both felt he entered the wrong order. However,, we both agreed food was good.

A long overnight plane ride from Kauai equals hunger. It was lunchtime and my body wanted breakfast. Or carbs.My go to easy peasy cafe came to mind and I settled in for the 30 minutes from the airport to Cafe Brazil.Not long after ordering, satisfaction arrived in the form of Chicken Fried steak with spicy chipotle gravy, rosemary potatoes and toast. Pancakes, Scrambled eggs and bacon rounded out the welcoming spread.It's good to be home

Cafe Brazil has good food, a great little coffee bar with multiple flavor selections and a good ambiance. Service was friendly and fast. The only bit of criticism is that the restaurant has carpet. And instead of vacuuming the employee had a broom and was sweeping into a dustpan. It was the early morning so the dust he stirred up was very visible in the morning sunlight. Dust and food are not a good combo.

This has to be one of the friendliest places I have ever walked into in DFW. I was even greeted in the parking lot by a server finishing her shift. The other patrons were welcoming and didn't look at you like you were intruding in their space. The coffee bar was well maintained and everything was freshly brewed. The chicken bacon & waffles were great. My biggest complaint, was there was too much food. I had to request a 2nd plate so I could eat the oversized portion loaded on my plate. I really wish I wasn't on my motorcycle, because I definitely would have taken the rest home with me. This will definitely be the first of many visits for me.

For my Birthday Tiki Hubby let me choose Breakfast spot so Cafe Brazil it was. So many yummy items. We went with the chicken fried steak breakfast and pan crepes. Chicken fried was okay potatoes also seemed just okay. Not the best we have tried. Pan crepes covered in raspberry sauce and fresh fruit, really enjoyed until but into a sour grapefruit, I would not have included grapefruit with this dish. Service was slow and no one but us in the place. Loud music as place filled up made everyone talk louder.

I needed me a little coffee and seen this on the way to my brother's house and I must say latte was decent but they charge Starbucks prices I know now stick to what I know. It's 24hrs so I guess I'll have to try the breakfast or there food next time but it's OK.

What happened to Cafe Brazil? It's been years since I've been here, and to say it's gone downhill is an understatement. Service was horrible, and the food isn't worth my time to write about. Must be new owners or they're ready to go bankrupt. Au revoir Cafe Brazil. The photo of the carpet is equivalent to my review of this restaurant.*UPDATE* My debit card was hacked after being at this restaurant. They tried to set up Apple Pay and transfer 499.30. Thankfully my bank caught it and stopped it.
