Super friendly and accommodating! He asked what I liked. Very helpful and patient. I basically let him pick it. Steamed dumplings for starters. Absolutely delicious! Fresh and great tasting! Flat noodle for my main, sweet and spicy! Thought about licking the plate! Very small and unassuming joint, very Thai in decorative pictures and furniture. It was perfect. Thai tea was so good! Very reasonable pricing and generous portions! Very family oriented joint! Great conversation with who I believe to be the owner. I left happy , full and a smile on my face. "Phew, a brief stop over in the Dallas fort worth area for the night and right outside the hotel I noticed sweet rice. A fabulous little restaurant serving Thai food that was absolutely astonishing. I had the spicy Thai basil dish, Jasmin rice with chicken, some pork spring rolls. I love spicy food so this was right up my alley. More food than the average mere moral could digits in on sitting, so I shared with a friend that is a local an neva tried this spot. A pleasure to have a part of broadening the culinary horizon of someone while thoroughly enjoying such a meal myself. Next trip back to the DFW, they will see me again, and again"

"Had been wanted to try this place since my last visit to area. So glad I did, the food was delicious and tasted so fresh. Casual restaurant, had wonderful service . The prices were reasonable for the portion size received in my opinion. Ordered the beef pad Thai , was one of the best I've had in some time . Ordered a small/side of The Thai fried rice with beef was also great, large portion great flavor . Tom yum soup spicy was huge , flavorful,spicy and plentiful . Also had the crab Rangoon as appetizer came with 6 small wonton and a tasty sauce which I also used on my rice . Took home the mango sticky rice for dessert and was so glad I did . Almost didn't order it to go as I was full but knew I'd regret if I didn't try . Definitely would return !"

"Just stopped by to try this place after seeing all the good reviews and was not disappointed. Yes they do take Apple Pay but if it's under $10 you have to pay cash. This is a small family owned restaurant & they were so sweet, the service was very good. The people complaining about food taking too long well it's all made to order so I will gladly wait for fresh hot food! Not to mention the lady at the front desk was constantly taking phone orders so just because the place looks empty I guarantee that they are still busy cooking a million orders in the back so just be patient and kind. Now onto the food, I got the chicken pad Thai, & calamari. The spice level 3 was perfect, it's definitely spicy but not uncomfortable. The portion was huge, one order is definitely enough for 2 people! It was really flavorful and came with a good amount of meat. The calamari didn't have any seasoning on it but it came with sauce to dip so that was good. Overall I really enjoyed this restaurant I definitely recommend to try it out"

"Thai Thai deserves a High Five My Wife and I had gone to Thai Thai with a groups of friends for a Sunday lunch. We were excited to go again, this time for dinner! It's a splendid little restaurant with good service and a comfortable aura! The seating is limited due to the space, so I recommend limiting your group size to 6. It has a variety of amazing food! This time I had the pineapple fried rice (Level 4 spice )! Personally, I love spicy food and would probably get it at Level 5 next time. The reason I loved it so much was because the spice meshes well with the sweetness of the pineapple! I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who's more sensitive to spice. My Wife got the Tom Kha soup which she enjoyed and shared her thoughts below! I would definitely recommend Thai Thai to anyone who's desiring good Thai food in Dallas and is willing to try it at a higher spice level!This was our second visit to Thai Thai and it is delicious! I had the Tom Kha soup this time and it's really good. I get this at lost Thai restaurants I visit and this one was definitely heavier on the coconut milk, but I also only ordered a level 1 spice. I like coconut milk so I enjoyed it but if you don't like it too milky you might want to skip it. It is still insanely flavorful though which I appreciate. Last time I ordered the pineapple curry and was not disappointed. I would definitely order it again! The curry was so flavorful and I got it with chicken. I would definitely recommend this dish!"

"First time I ordered online and was greeted by a super nice cashier. Portion size for meat wasn't as much as other places I've been too but flavor is good and plenty of naan given. Now second time we went in to order a take out and I could tell the cashier was training, not the best welcoming environment but he got the order right after a few back and forths. Made me feel like I didn't know what I was ordering and had to pull up a photo from google to show him what I wanted. Portion sizes same as last time, on the smaller side and flavor is alright. Mango Lassi was warm and premade and had a little after taste as well."

My husband... well let's just say he is not as adventurous with food as I am, but he had no choice since it was my special day! :)We had a chicken curry as an appetizer which was served with that delis, fluffy pancake bread. Was so flavorful, had a perfect heat to it. My fave dish is a pad kee mao! So that's what I went with. It was super good. Not the best I had but decent. The server checked on us often, my hubby needed silverware so she brought that. Attentive crew for sure. An older lady came out and asked if we had Thai before and we talked about food. The pad se eew was very delicious although I asked for a level 4 and barely tasted any spice so I guess I need to get the highest level next time. "Wanted to find a new Thai place after my favorite Sweet Rice closed on Hebron. I didn't realize it, but this place has been here forever. So glad we gave it a try. The restaurant isn't fancy, but it is clean, and has a nice ambiance to it. The whole staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed meeting the owners (Husband and Wife). The Appetizers were all very good, but the Calamari stood out. It was some of the most tender I have ever eaten. Also a stand out, and one of the best things on the table was the Crispy Duck Fried Rice. Tom Kha, and Pad Thai rounded out the meal. For dessert we had the Mango Sticky Rice which my family gave two thumbs up to. Please try this place if you can. I know we will be going back."

I can handle some heat and the medium level 2 is really darn spicy. I usually get 1.5 which is an option apparently. If you can't handle heat let them knowThis place is reminiscent of a place I went to when I was living in Austin called Madam Mam's, where the flavors are on point and so are the portions. You always have a second meal here at sticky rice and I love that!I've had the curries, fried rice, and noodles and everything is spot on. Their pad Thai is a little different from the average place FYI, but you might enjoy it, just don't expect the typical pad Thai. I always get the pad kee mow, it's my go to, soooo good. Also their chili paste is really good if you're into spice, I think they make it? They also have chili oil and some other condiments.I've checked out a few Thai places in DFW but none as memorable as this place. I will say Sabaidee is on my top as well but this place might just best it out for me."
