Not always done when promised, sometimes seems a little slow but that's probably because they always seem busy with take out orders. Pretty big area to dine in which we haven't done. Supports locals schools with spirit nights! Canoli dessert also pretty good, filled to order. Great crust and sauce to pizza ratio."

Soul V. "Really decent pizza! They specialize in thin crust, it seems? Which is fine by me. Family of 4 adults and 2 children shared 4 large pizzas and since they were so thin, we actually only left with a med size box full of leftovers, surprisingly. We had the scorcher (highly recommend), the Hawaiian (another favorite), the classic (subbed pepperoni for the chicken, definitely suggest that), and cheese for the kiddos. The scorcher was the favorite all around, it sounds...interesting; spicy red sauce, chicken, corn, jalapeños, red onion, and cilantro. But, man was it delicious! The Hawaiian is not typical either, in addition to ham and pineapple, it also had dried cranberries and cashews, unique and full of flavor! The classic was my husband's favorite, he's a simple pepperoni guy so we subbed the chicken with pepperoni, perfect amount of roasted garlic and basil. Really enjoyed the food, the ambience was very casual, order at the counter, get your own cutlery and drinks (do I need to tip if all you're doing is bringing my food out?) overall would recommend."

She was real and kind, and made great recommendations. Checked on us enough that we never wanted for anything, but not so much that we felt interrupted or rushed. Other servers helped bus the table and kept our waters full at all times. As you can see, the food was amazing! The steak and deserts were my favorite, lobster ravioli, focaccia, then pizza. The drinks are in a category of their own. They really pride themselves on the Italian tradition of complex aperitifs. The decor is a little 'island-y.' When it gets dark outside, the restaurant gets pretty dark. The valet is complimentary when you dine at the restaurant, and the valets were very on top of it! We had a great time! I am so glad we went back!"

We've gotten it with regular mozzarella and their buffalo mozzarella. The only complaint for not a 5 stars is that the second time, the crust was a little burnt. Calamari was good and they give you a generous amount for price. Would love to come back to try some pastas."

Ricardo J. "I came here on 11.06.24 with some work buddies on their recommendations for pizza. The vibe is updated old school, and the service was top-notch right out of the gate. I opted for the small pizza (12-inch) that I custom ordered (see picture) with a side salad starter. The salad was delicious and generously dressed with their house dressing, which was like a Greek vinaigrette. My pizza was epic. It came out directly on a tray, which was pretty cool. Despite the real estate it covered, it had a super thin crust, so I didn't feel TOO guilty about destroying it. The sauce was tasty and balanced perfectly with the cheese. My pie was so heavily topped that it presented a challenge in eating it. The toppings were fresh and delicious, and I love a place that isn't stingy with their olives. For the total experience, I would come back. Maybe a lunch portion pizza would be better next time, but for my maiden voyage here, I left very happy."

Definitely make reservations on the weekends as it filled up pretty quickly once we got there around 6pm on a Saturday. The restaurant is beautiful inside and not too loud. My mother-in-law and I both got a glass of rose cava brut that was very nice.We learned from our server that we should order family style. My father-in-law was set on the wagyu bavette for an entree. For appetizers we ordered the beet and apple salad, the wagyu beef tongue (my choice), and sourdough bread with cultured butter. The wagyu tongue melted in my mouth! For pastas we got the ravioli grano arso ("burnt grains" with seeds, nuts, and chiles - this was fantastic. We also had rigatoni with wagyu short rib and mushrooms that also was amazing. For entrees we got the wagyu bavette and the olive oil poached snapper. For dessert we got two orders of the bomboloni which came with banana ice cream. Everything was delicious. It turns out the owner is from the same town as Eric R.'s cousin, so she was delighted to learn that when visiting our table. I hope i can get back here again without a multi-year hiatus!"

It's a welcoming place where you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The friendly staff, a cozy atmosphere, and the buzz of the area really set the scene for a nice evening out.I went with the Spicy Pork Sausage Rigatoni, and it really hit the mark. The pasta was just the right texture--al dente and flavorful. The sausage packed a bit of a kick, adding a spicy edge that paired well with the creamy sauce, which had hints of tomato and herbs. It's definitely a dish I'd suggest to anyone who likes pasta with a bit of heat and depth.Service-wise, Giovanni's team knows how to keep things smooth. Servers and workers were very friendly and attentive. Actually they were the least uptight employees for a fine dining restaurant, so it made dinner relaxing and enjoyable. Food was also excellent. The menu is still very limited as the grand opening is not till November 1st. The salumi platter had these fried gnocchi that was the absolute best! Next time, I am going to ask for a basket of them. The platter could probably use some extra garnish to make it better. We also had the Caesar salad. It could have used a bit more dressing but we still enjoyed it. The burrata was deliciously served with some buttery sourdough bread. They had 4 great options for pizza. We settled on the Macellaio, which is sort of like a meat lovers pizza. All the meat toppings were great. We loved the consistency of the dough and crust. The food runner gave us a fun fact that the pizza is cooked in 30 seconds because of how hot the pizza stove is. Told you the workers are friendly. For the main course we had the wagyu beef shank with a side of romanesco. The beef shank was perfectly braised. I enjoyed all the pine nuts they topped it off with. It was our first time having romanesco. It's a breed between broccoli and cauliflower. We throughly enjoyed how it was served with capers, pine nuts and raisins. Lastly, we had the raspberry and pistachios tart. Sadly we didn't enjoy our dessert as much. It was too dense and difficult to eat because the outer crust was hard to break through. The manager also took the time to check on us and even asked about us and told a little about himself. So we had overall great experience and excited to come back when they have a full menu."

Our waitress was rather quiet but very efficient. The only thing I didn't like was the cannoli, rather than having a nice blend of sweetened ricotta cheese it was more of a gooey over sweet sticky cream of some sort. Their delivery is always quite prompt and the prices are comparable to other small-business pizzerias. The only reason I docked a star is that their whole wheat crust (at a time where I ordered pizza without my gluten-intolerant spouse) is really quite bad. Today, my colleague and I ventured over and found the restaurant all decked out for valentine's day. Red and white table cloths, balloons and a special menu. The bruschette is out of this world and today was no disappointment. My colleague ordered the Bolognese Short Rib and (which the waiter said was his favorite) and I ordered an open kitchen ask what you want spaghetti with red sauce, spinach and capers as I am vegetarian. When they brought the food, the gentleman said, "who is having the Feature Gnocci," and we both looked confused since what was the featured gnocchi??? I said she ordered the short ribs and he said, oh this is it. Hmmmm.. My delish spaghetti came and we dug in. Mine was fine but my colleague was a bit disappointed with her $44 dish which was predominantly gnocchi versus short rib, which was the title of the dish. All I can say is the bruschette is the best.
