I appreciated the quick service, however there was some confusion regarding availability of this product. Originally, I was informed it was not available due to a lack of strawberries on hand. After an hour, I saw other customers with this so I got back in line and reordered even after being told by another worker that there wouldn't be enough left for me (only 3 cups worth). There was more than enough left though because I saw many customers after me getting the same item. Super confused why this happened!"

"I will always take gelato over ice cream and this place does not disappoint.Unique flavors and samples galore give you a chance to be perfectly satisfied with your final order. Another huge positive in my book is that the dairy free options are clearly labeled and there were surprisingly quite a few. They rotate flavors and I tried a bunch but landed on the coconut stracciatella and the lavender in a kids cup. Absolutely light and refreshing. The service is on top of it all and I'll note that I love when they keep busy and clean up here and there when they're not helping customers. "What a treat in uptown Dallas - we were craving something sweet after dinner and came to Dolly Llama and got the sugar rush we didn't know we needed. The biggest pro - the service. I believe the owner was there and he was wonderful. He was liberal with the samples to all patrons and seemed to genuinely care about the experience of everyone there. But even more than that, the way he treated his staff is what makes the Dolly Llama stand out - it was busy when we had went, but amidst it all he not only supported his staff, but provided feedback kindly and effectively to make sure they can get customers in and out. If service is important to you when picking a place, I absolutely recommend you visit. The dessert itself was delicious - I think our eyes were bigger than our stomach.. one is enough for two people! I do recommend you it it quickly, as as the ice cream melts, it drips through the bottom. Seating is a bit tight, so you may need to sit outside. "Decided to try Shake Shack for some burgers to finally settle the Shake Shack vs In-N-Out debate. I got the Link Shack double burger with cheese fries and the Tiramisu shake. The Link Shack burger was good. Flavors were balanced, and the sausage worked very well with the burger. Cheese fries were a pleasant surprise. I am normally not a huge fan of crinkle-cut fries, but they were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Tiramisu shake for me was a miss. It seemed like an extremely sweet vanilla shake with a hint of coffee and a stale ladyfinger thrown on top. This location was super clean and had a very well-done interior. The staff was extremely kind in bringing out our orders and even taking our empty trays. Both Shake Shack and In-N-Out are amazing places, but in the great debate, I gotta say I land on the side of In-N-Out."
