"This review is for the momos only! I got the pork chili momos and the chicken seared momosThe pork chili was packed with lots of flavor (red onions, and jalapeños were included) and the inside was juicy. The seared ones were a bit dryer on the inside and the tomato sauce was not as flavorful as other places I've gotten momos from. If the sauce and the meat was not dry, I'd have given this place a 5/5. Inside had booths and tables. You order at the register. They also serve alcohol which seems like a good place to meet up with some friends to catch up or grab a meal. We got take out and the order did take about at least 15 minutes to come out so it seemed fresh!"
"I had an unexpected layover in Dallas and the only places open was this place and your usual fast food restaurants like jacks and McDonalds. I wanted REAL food. So glad I ordered from here! I got the butter chicken curry and garlic naan. SO GOOD. They delivered right to my room. The food honestly made me soooo happy after a long day of delayed flights. So thank you for being open late! You made my entire night!"

"Alright, I went on a limb and decided to stop by this restaurant. To start, it was very clean and the waitress was sweet and pointed me in the direction to place my to-go order. Being a new patron, I was not familiar with their menu and again, the waitress was very helpful with her suggestions.I started off with the Chicken Tikka Nachos: I was so disappointed, actually, I felt worse than disappointed. The chicken was beyond dry, and I mean, dry. I got there around the time they opened, I can only assume they were still trying to get rid of the previous days food. I dipped the chicken in the sauce that came with it, hoping that would help, it didn't. Stuffed Naan: Again, the chicken was dry. I actually was very surprised, I've never had a naan that wasn't cooked perfectly. Mango Lassi: That is the only RAVE I can give about this visit, that drink was delicious! Overall, I can't say I will not go back. I believe I chose to go at the wrong time, and chose the wrong thing. My first thought was to get the Butter Chicken, next time, I will not sway away from that."
"Based on my own experience thus far, this location is a great place to visit if you're seeking great Indian Himalayan food. Although the outside of the building did look a little rough, the interior had a pleasant atmosphere, so I'd advise you to not let that deter you. Nevertheless, the food was excellent. I started my lunch with some chicken 65, a dish that is popular in Nepal, and let me just tell you that this was some of the greatest chicken I've ever tasted. It was extremely crunchy and spicy, and eating it made me sweat. As a result, I'll add that if spicy cuisine is not your thing, I'd advise staying away from this establishment. You could also just ask for no heat, but where's the honor in that?I also got some paratha aloo after that, which was delicious, but I wish they had cheese paratha. Nevertheless, it was pleasant and complemented my main meal, a taxmax curry that was the chef's special. It had lamb, spinach, black lentils, yellow lentils, and a mouthwatering masala curry. If you're not a big flavor explorer, I'd say this might not be your cup of tea, as most of the people I shared my plate with didn't like it, but I'm sure it's just because they don't like this sort of food. Overall, this restaurant was good; the food portions were sizable and reasonably priced, so I'd recommend it to anyone in the area seeking good, authentic Indian Himalayan food."
"We had family lunch here today and were very pleased. The food was absolutely delicious! I now have a new favorite Lamb Korma. Lamb cubes cooked with yogurt, cashew nuts sauce and cream. The sauce was so good I sopped it up with Naan. Other dishes at the table met with the approval of my family were lamb palak, chicken palak, both steamed and fried momos were all wonderfully delicious. The service was great, the only thing disappointing was they ran out of chai tea. Who runs out of tea at 12:30 when the restaurant opens at noon?"
"Butter chicken and chicken 65 are both extremely flavorful and filling with big portions and we always have leftovers for the next day. Conveniently located near kroger so you can grab groceries and then pick up dinner! Garlic naan is a good complement to anything you order / samosas are also really delicious. My one thing is that if you want it spicy maybe you have to ask? I always feel like everything is mild when we order."
"Our friends wanted to introduce us to Indian food so we decided to go here due to their being a buffet so we could sample. U fortunately, the buffet was not open due to a heating issue. So we ordered basically one of everything to make our own buffet! Everything we ate was better than the last thing we ate. I was stuffed but everything was wonderful! This location has been sold within the last year but the quality has not been affected-go go go try it!!"
"We ordered for pick up via DoorDash.Pani puriTikka masalaAloo parataGarlic naanButter chickenGoat biryaniEverything was FANTASTIC and honesty, I wasn't expecting the food to be as authentic as it was. Delicious!"
"We love getting take out from here. If you're in the mood for some cosy, authentic Indian food, this is a great hidden gem. The spices are spot on, & they're generous with their portions. So far, we've tried most of the menu items & none of them disappointed us! Yet, our favorites/must have's are the mutton biryani & chicken lollipops. The only thing that caught us off guard is that there's a sign that it's mandatory to wear masks here, yet none of the employees or customers do. Confusing..."
"This review is for a takeout order while visiting in town nearby. Very easy to order online or over the phone with staff. Picking up only took 2 min or less.I figured getting a momo was necessary since that's the name of the joint. I think they were so flavorful and delicious! The paneer and chicken were the best. Some other amazing dishes I highly recommend are the butter chicken, chicken buryani, and paneer masala! We did medium heat and it has a good kick, but not too overpowering the flavors were just right. Don't forget some garlic naan to dip into your sauce! I'd go here often if I lived in town!"

We went here for dinner on a Saturday with friends. There were six of us and the booths are not really big enough for six so we had to pull up a table to make enough room. I mention this in case you have a group larger than four people. There are also two large picnic tables outside but the day we went it was too windy and cold to sit outside. The inside is modest but not unattractive. You order at the front counter and they call you when your food is ready. We started with the chicken momo in chili sauce--excellent. Momo was tender and juicy, and to me the spice level was just right. There was a kick but not overly spicy and certainly not scorching hot. We ordered also the steamed pork momo and they were very tender and moist. They reminded me of Chinese dumplings. I also ordered the chicken Sekuwa because it is my new favorite food and it did not disappoint. The chicken was, you guessed it, tender and moist. The two skewers were the spiciest thing we had and I broke out a sweat, but I sweat easily. The flavors are deep and complex. The Sekuwa was beyond delicious. When you finish, you can't wait for more. The heat is cravable. The vegetarian fried rice was also very flavorful. So by now you understand that this restaurant is one big flavor bomb. Absolutely delicious. Prices are very reasonable. There is no waiter service but the person at the front counter was friendly. I would definitely return. If it were not so far from our house, a good 45 minute drive, I would eat here at least once a week.

Ordered a chicken curry recently and want to tell you all - it was mind blowing. I know there are different ways depending where you come from of cooking a chicken curry but I loved this version. Also really enjoyed their momos.

Nice visit tonight at the Gurkha Bar and Grill. We'd seen the great Yelp reviews and finally got a chance to make the trip to Euless to try it out. The restaurant sits in a commercial complex next to a supermarket, lots of easy parking. Inside a dozen or so tables and a full bar with baseball, soccer and other sports showing. Service was prompt and friendly, with our server explaining the menu. I had the tandoori chicken, which was perfect. Appetizers were awesome and the prices were right. Extensive menu, all types of offerings from the usual tikki chicken to goat and lamb dishes. All in all a great place to visit for legit Nepalese and Indian Food.

The food here is exceptional. We started out with masala chai and samosas, and the samosa crust was perfectly fried and flaky. For the entree we got goat korma and butter chicken with garlic naan and rice. Both curries had great flavor and the naan and rice were both cooked perfectly. The owner is very attentive and made sure we liked everything we were served. The inside of the restaurant is also very well decorated and incredibly clean inside.

It's tough to find delicious Indian food in north Fort Worth, and our tastebuds are happy to report the search has ended! Aroma has some great options, we tried the tandoori Momo appetizers - delicious! We also ordered our favorites - butter chicken, vindaloo, and tika masala they all were flavorful and excellent! Service was great and the owner was very attentive, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We are excited to return and try some other dishes.

"Momos to goBy far the Best momos I have ever eaten.Got different types of momos for a get together and only one box remained in the end, and that too with a huge potluck feast available as a choice. The varieties ordered were:Steam veg momos, The Kurkure Veg momos (personal fav),The Afghani veg,And Tandoori VegAll were just above standard grade, really fresh, very delicious !I will go to the extent of mentioning that if you have not tried these, you are missing out on something. Now I have a Must Visit international cuisine in Dallas."
"This place has some of the most DELICIOUS food in the Metroplex. I happened upon this establishment on Uber Eats and I was so pleased that I placed a takeout order the very next day. Yes two days in a row...DON'T JUDGE ME!!We had the: Spicy Fish Tikka (BOMB), Veggie Chowmein, Veggie Momo (TASTY), Mustang Ko Aloo & Garlic/Rosemary Pesto Naan (UNEXPECTEDLY AMAZING). Some don't have exciting bold words behind them but they all were fabulous. My husband and I just recently started a Pesco-Vegetarian diet and to find flavorful, fresh and well priced/portioned food that meets our dietary needs is a game changer. Indoor dining is very nice and date worthy. Service is superb.Definitely pay them a visit, your taste buds can thank me later."
"The wife and I stopped in here around 6pm for dinner and we were seated right away. Our waitress "Supriya" came over right away to take our drink orders and explain the menu. Our drinks arrived pretty quickly, but it took a little longer then normal for our meal to arrive. My wife and I ordered the chicken and lamb tikka masala and it was really good and the meat was very tender. The restaurant was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back for another visit."
"The best South Asian food I've had in DFW. Everything slaps. Seriously try everything you will not be disappointed. I've had the spicy chowk bowl, the mutton fried rice, chicken korma and other things including mango lassi with seeds on top was a nice touch. I will eventually try everything in the menu."
"We arrived on Sunday and we were seated right away, we went looking for chicken momo.We arrived at a perfect time, only two tables were seated. By the time we left, it was full.We started with Veg Pakora, veggies fritters with dipping sauce. We got the Chicken momo and we added a plate of a common favorite, Butter chicken. Both dishes were delicious.Service was fast and friendly."
"Mantra offers incredible Indian-Nepalese fusion food. The establishment was fairly humble. It's in a run-down shopping center attached to a gas station. Our server was very sweet. I came with a large group and the kitchen genuinely struggled to keep up. Our food came out at several different times. We asked for garlic naan which seemed to flummox them. They could have and should have upsold a lot more of the group on mango lassi, but brought us bottled water instead.I ordered the aloo gobhi lunch special which came with basmati rice and a pickled chutney. It was delicious and super affordable. This hole-in-the-wall is definitely worth checking out. The food is spectacular and the staff is friendly."
"My rating is price vs. taste & quality of food. This place has amazing quality of food with very authentic taste. I tried the chicken thali, every item on the plate was very tasty and fresh. Except for the Chicken, every item can be topped up again. The lady who was serving us was very courteous and prompt. There were total 8 items in the thali; saag, dry squash curry, dal, papad, cauliflower curry, bamboo shoot curry, chicken curry and rice2nd visit, very good as expected. Place got renovated and it feels better. Tried veg thali and mutton thali; both came off very nice."
"Love this spot. Normally not very crowded, and I can't figure out why since the food is always wonderful and staff is very attentive. Reasonably priced and quantity of food is great. You won't leave hungry or feeling neglected. Good place, good food, good people. What more could I ask for?"
"Went with a friend from Nepal as we traversed they Dallas on a work trip to central Texas. He wanted me to try authentic Nepalese food and I was more than happy to go with an expert. Once we arrived, I let my buddy direct me on ordering. We split appetizer of Sukuti. He explained it was a form of dried water buffalo. That was a staple in parts of Nepal. The meat was firm but flavorful. If youHave ever had soft but slightly chewy beef jerky it's the closest thing I can think of to describe it. Although I am not doing it justice. It was probably by far my favorite dish and they were all good. He said it was the most authentic like his family would make. We then had momos (dumplings with chicken in a red sauce). I was not expecting much as many dumplings from other cultures seem bland, I was surprised by how flavorful these were. The main course was their Namaste Special Thali Set. I had chicken and my friend had mutton. Both meats were good (and I'm not a fan of mutton). The various sides that are also on the set (can't remember the names) were excellent. I loved the black eyed peas that came with it. I quickly ran out of rice and they happily brought more. The atmosphere was well done. A modern mix of upscale restaurant meets a sports bar. It was nicer than expected when I first saw it in the corner of the little shopping mall. There were several tvs including a massive quad tv. But they blended well without being distracting. There were not many people based on the large group in the table behind me, I do not suspect noise would be an issue. The waitress was excellent. My only issue was that it was pretty dark. I almost yearned for a flashlight (remembering not to find it so amusing the next time my father uses one to read a menu)....."
"I'm guessing the style of cooking favors the northern western region of the country with the Himalaya/Nepali influence. I thought I was fairly experienced with Indian food, but the dishes we tried were new to me. They had the same names as those in a typical Indian restaurant, but were somewhat different. For example, the masala had the same spices as south Indian places but was dryer without the thick creamy sauce. We came late on a Sunday night - around 9pm, There were a few groups of Indian guys, hanging out, having drinks and small plates. I didn't recognize their language, but I always think if native speakers are regulars at a restaurant, it lends to the authenticity of the food."
"Very good! Got butter chicken was expecting it to be a little spicy but it was not at all sadly. Still full and flavor and delicious tho!"
"I ordered the following: chilly chicken, chicken steamed momos, kothay chicken momos, and chicken lollipop. Everything was delicious. It took about 25 mins for the order to be fulfilled, which was great because that's how long it took me to get there."
"Stopped by the food truck park and saw Momo and curry. We got the shrimp Tikka masala with some parathas and naan. The lady that took our order was very friendly and helpful. I like a lot of spice and chose the spiciest level. I won't lie I did not taste the heat. The garlic naan and the parathas were good."
"Service is for sure 5 stars. The gentleman that helped me out with a togo order was very helpful. It was going to be 15-20 mins for my order so I ran across the street to grab something while I waited, he ended up seeing me pull back up and he went ahead and brought my order to my car! Plus, gave me a few pointers on trying out their first sauce to test for heat level tolerance and reminding me to give it a few mins to cool due to them being fresh. They only have chicken and pork options right now. I had a number of people tell me they had veggie ones before I got the chance to visit, but apparently they were having some quality control issues with veggie so they have stuck with the two they have now. I do hope they bring the veggie one back! My husband enjoyed the ones we did get and he said he would keep it in his rotation for lunch stops, especially due to it not being to far for him to go."
"Butter chicken and tikka masala were big hits! Also loved the garlic naan & biryani! Order & pickup were super simple and price is affordable, definitely recommend!"
"I had the salmon tikka masala and the chicken biryani, and both were flavorful and delicious. The rice was cooked nicely. Clean place. Friendly staff. Parking was easy. Recommend."
