"Cute place with large menu serving warm rolls upon greeting. We ordered a small cheese pizza for two littles which was delicious, jumbo shrimp scampi (jumbo for sure!) and lasagna. The lasagna was piping hot with fresh mozzarella and multiple layers of homemade pasta (some of my must-haves). One of the best I've found in the area! We will be returning for more!"

My aunt ordered for pickup a pizza with just about everything on it including green and black olives. The medium was quite large and we have lots of wonderful leftovers for breakfast pizza. "Update: This is still the best acai bowl I've ever had. Any time my husband or myself is anywhere near the Lakewood/White Rock area, we make a stop at Vida Bowls. It's now a ghost kitchen on the inside of a kids yogurt shop where you head towards the back and order at the window. I always stick to the classic vida bowl. I think my favorite part is the creamy peanut butter, it's the perfect load of protein."

I just tried vida bowls for the first time at my apartment complex! They had vida come out where they had their sorbet Açaí in bowls and all of their toppings in front for us to make our own bowls. Two of my friends referred me to this little gem on the outskirts of downtown/design district. It's a cute little pick up and go spot with not just donuts but a whole menu for breakfast burritos, tacos, and plates. They have a full donut selection including kolaches and croissants. I tried the strawberry cake donut.....listen. So. Good. Soooo. Good. Prices are very comparable and reasonable, I'm definitely going to grab some for my team the next time we're in the office! Note: they're only open in the early morning & afternoon, 4am to 1pm!

Makes me wonder who is in the kitchen I ordered my food through an app and just had to pick up my food from a locker in a nice and organized facility; the place was also clean and had a few patrons waiting but it was probably for other restaurants that can be found in the building."

I live right next door to a SMD, but this one is worth the drive because it offers breakfast tacos and burritos (with choice of sausage, bacon, turkey bacon, chorizo and potato), migas, and other breakfast plates, in addition to kolaches (small and jumbo) and the regular standard donut fare. I ordered one bacon + egg + cheese taco to try today ($2.49), and it came with a tiny cup of homemade green salsa. SO GOOD! Definitely going back for a burrito next time (which is just $4.99). What a surprise find in the Design District!"
